PingSafe is a major part of our security tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
After using PingSafe, we can easily see a huge difference in our cloud security posture in
our multi-cloud environment. PingSafe also performs a comprehensive scan on all our
multiple cloud accounts from Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft
Azure and Digital Ocean. The best part is that PingSafe's CSPM tool also detects issues
related to zero-day attacks, poor configurations and security problems.

PingSafe is a very powerful platform that scans for all components of our cloud infrastructure: VMs, containers, container images, all kinds of data stores, managed services, serverless instances and more!
Comes with agentless approach & gives comprehensive and contextual information about different categories of security threats (CVEs, security misconfigurations, cloud entitlements, externally exposed assets, End-of-Life software etc.)

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike. Based on our experience, the PingSafe platform is constantly evolving to meet the needs of security teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like everything about PingSafe & use 3 of their powerful modules - cloud misconfigurations, secret scanning & Offensive security engine.
Best tool for AWS Security
What do you like best about the product?
We used AWS config and Inspector before PingSafe; PingSafe is a much better product with awesome UI/UX and highly detailed in-depth findings. It also helped us reduce our config cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
On-premise support is lacking in PingSafe.

What do you like best about the product?
The combination of misconfigurations, vulnerability management, and container security under one umbrella is really good. The offensive security engine & cloud credential leakage module helps us identify the issues with our cloud attack surface
What do you dislike about the product?
PingSafe already covers a lot of things in code security, like our terraform scan and secret scanning. Owasp top 10 scannings would have been a plus

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that there are so many use cases in a single platform makes PingSafe stand out from other solutions. Also, how they understand the hacker’s approaches and mindset is outstanding, and we never have to bury our team in meaningless alerts. We can identify the exploitability of vulnerabilities and the auto-remediation feature is truly a saviour.
What problems is PingSafe solving, and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify potential threats that could potentially compromise our infrastructure. As a result, we don’t have to use a lot of resources to manage vulnerabilities as previously.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impressive things about PingSafe is that it comes into action immediately after deployment. For us, within a day of deployment, it worked across our entire environment and identified critical findings that needed urgent attention.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although PingSafe covers most of the critical use cases, considering our internal policies, we wanted to have an on-prem deployment solution from PingSafe. It seems PingSafe is yet to create an on-prem deployment stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing that the PingSafe ecosystem is safeguarding us gives our team the confidence to experiment with new technologies and implement the latest practices around cloud architecture without much scrutiny and worry.
PingSafe also helped us to align our security teams across different locations by centralizing and streamlining security, privacy, and compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Traditional security solutions are agent-based and lack the required context. PingSafe is helping us uncover hidden attack vectors in the cloud environment.
Vulnerability scanning is robust, and the auto-remediation (especially during Log4j) has proved to be a saviour in many instances.

The analytics dashboard and the real-time scanning and revalidation.

It can maybe add a layer on top to see a holistic view of all projects underneath, its not a dislike but a good to have feature.

PingSafe has been extremely instrumental in having all cloud assets monitored in a single place against compliance and commonly found vulnerabilities and it helps in keeping our cloud posture in check.
