One of the best Cloud Security solution available in the market

- Very easy to set up
- Detailed alerts for potential threats with clear steps to de-risk the threat
- An easier collaboration among teams due to integration with the Atlassian suite of products

What do you dislike about the product?
- I would prefer an on-premise offering of PingSafe
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're majorly using PingSafe for the below:

A new agentless, real time security anomaly scanning experience
What do you like best about the product?
UI of the tool is straightforward and accessible (from feature listing perspective). We can easily integrate/assign the detected findings to team members and track for closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verifying/re-validating issues, specifically disclosed keys or credentials, could have been smoother. Revalidation, as is, could consider a separate instance of the finding, thereby highlighting the "absence of credentials" as the first case and "credentials changed" as the second.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is agentless and provides real-time scan reports. Thanks to this, the teams perform a faster prod-deployment of code. Hence, reducing the overall man-effort in dev-sec-ops.
