Journey data reports, User tracking from unknown user to known user from frontend to backend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom event-based journeys enable richer integrations with cross-platform platforms as accurate real-time data can be tracked and shared with many third-party integrations such as CRMs and chatbots. A simple integration solves a complex problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it almost has every change and variation I can think of. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back button is not in built. Have to use the chrome back button.

Webengage helps me solve various problems like creating templates for Email etc. This has made my work more convenient.

Webenage is an online platform designed to foster creativity and connect like-minded individuals from various artistic backgrounds. Geared towards aspiring artists, writers, and musicians, Webenage aims to be a collaborative hub where users can showcase their work, receive feedback, and engage with a supportive community.
During my testing, Webenage exhibited remarkable performance and speed. The website loaded quickly, and I experienced no significant lag issues. Moreover, the platform was responsive across different devices and browsers, ensuring a seamless user experience.

The power it gives to marketers to target highly personalised marketing with very smart automations that helps you to increase your outcome by 6x or more! It is definitely the best tool out there!

Well, nothing as such, the features are immense, and you may miss on using few! Its a onmni channel for marketing which makes you powerful marketer if used to its full potential

Solving the problem of doing blanket marketing - enabling marketers to do a very personalised marketing! Giving clear funnel movement of each and every user based on behaviour.

The best Marketing Automation tool. The UI is friendly to use.

On-site survey (Weboverlay) campaign-wise reports are not available.

Pre header option was recently added for the Email Journey and it is really helping us to analyze the Subject line optimization.
Likewise there are so many other new updates that really helps us to optimize our campaigns for better revenue growth.

WebEngage Customer Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using WebEngage since 2019 and it has helped us to generate revenue for our business in massive scale. Be it wase of creating segment or creating journeys by drip, WebEngage has left no trails for us to engage with our customers and this is something that every business would be truly proud of !!! We highly recommend Webengage if you want to target your customers through marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The utmost reliance to Tech team for creating events by Data mapping on WebEngage gets tiring and hence it leads to our delayed efforts for starting the campaign. If the platform has minimum tech interventions, that would be most welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage has helped in seamless integrations with many other platforms for SMS and WhatsApp communications and that has helped us to target customers on broad scale.
A significant uprade both functionally and visually to our CRM efforts
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have focussed targeting to our database via emails, sms and whatsapp enables us to achieved our marketing objectives in a fruitful manner. We are very happy to upgrade to this software solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the desired features come at an additional cost which can be released as a trial demo for the team to experience and have a solid case for purchase in the future.

Webengage helps us to deeply personalise our marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints and gives us advanced analytics on customer behaviour and engagement. The new predictive segment feature has the potential to be a breakthrough approach in CRM and we are seeing positive green shoots.
Good Mark-ops tool
What do you like best about the product?
1. The new 'Ask via AI' section in Create list is a very efficient way of creating lists with just prompts which is a very nice addition in the Webengage tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Although we are hearing about CDPX being taken live and beta testing being happening. We need to have a primary key to secondary key in a single dashboard concept. As, an User is a single entity but biforcating its data into separate dashboards creates confusion on user customer engagement maintainance. Where from Dashboard 1 and Dashboard 2 doesnot talk to each other and thus we end up sending loads of customer engagement to the poor customer.
2. Although Webnengage says the time taken from an event triggered to automated sms, whatsapp, email delivery is between 0-30 secs. When checked in real time the average time duration was coming to >= 5 mins which is a lot. When asked it is told its a pipeline issue. But at the end it is a infra issue which they need to solve. We need to engage with the customer when they are interested and hot. That's when your conversion rate goes higher.

So we have tracking events on a lead id level not user level so Webengage has solved that by introducing new dashboard called dashboard 2 which helps me track events on a lead level which has helped the business a lot.

the omni channel facility is very useful

Costing can be reduced. Support system can be improved. Call centre for telephonic support will be very useful

Its segmentation capability stands out for me, it has allowed me to categorize the customers into micro-segments and create highly personalized campaigns. The multi-channel marketing automation is another highlight, enabling me to reach out to customers through their preferred channels seamlessly.

The only minor downside is the initial setup, which can be somewhat complex for beginners. However, their excellent customer service team more than makes up for it.

With WebEngage's real-time analytics, we now have a clear insight into our customer's journey, their preferences, and behavior.
