Feature-Rich Platform with Excellent Support and Usability
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage has depth in features, offer a wide range of integrations and the dashboard is quite user-friendly. Their team is quite cooperative, hence its easy to get the ball rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live segments take a while to load, which gets inconvenient at times. Other than this, they're a little slow with feature enhancements and new advancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for CRM messaging, understanding customer journey, curating automations in the marketing funnel and enable omni channel marketing.

The ability to unify user data and engagement in one platform. Making segmentation, journey creation, and multi-channel communication (email, push, WhatsApp, on-site) straightforward, scalable and giving us the visibility for campaign execution.

Missing integrations with other products/marketing channels like Zoho crm. I feel its a constant innovation for Webengage to integrate other marketing platforms and the team should stay ahead of the curve like it does for product enhancements.

The Best Platform for Customer Analytics Insights
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform to understand customer analytics, that's the main thing which I like about WebEngage. They have good customer support and they are very easy to integrate with all the apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit longer time to create customer segments, sometimes i end up waiting 15-30 minutes (depends on the customer base) to create a customer segment and download it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving a detailed breakdown of customers database into multiple micro segmentation, which is helpful for us to understand our customers better.
Effective Platform for Lifecycle Communication
What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage opens up multiple opportunities to reach our users across different stages of their journey, whether at the start, in between, or at the end. It significantly improves the way we communicate with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can be improved in a few areas, but I have attended a recent event from WE and understand that enhancements are already in progress, and we are looking forward to those updates.

Overall, it helps solve one of the biggest challenges by keeping users engaged and improving retention on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
WebEngage Black has truly impressed me. In addition, I am very satisfied with the support I receive from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface would benefit from a cleaner design, as it currently feels a bit cluttered. Additionally, I think there should be more flexibility available at the beginning of journeys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the primary purpose of using WebEngage is marketing automation. I also appreciate how it allows for straightforward data analysis without needing to use SQL.
Powerful Segmentation and Analytics with Excellent Support.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the segmentation part, especially the live segment feature & refresh list. New analytics event dashboard, which i use everyday. it was very easy to switch from the previous tool to the webengage. Implementation was very smooth.

WebEngage missing the segment creation feature while setting up a campaign, instead, i have first create a segment, wait till its finished and then set up the campaign.

The WebEngage is very helpful for the customer retention, our retention used be around 28-32%, past month we crossed 38%.

At the moment, nothing specific comes to mind, but I am interested in finding a more affordable alternative to Sinch.
