Lyght Up Webengage
What do you like best about the product?
Live Segments and Funnels are more interactive and Creative. Tracking Users gives the best experience to analyze the data of users as well as Events. and Installing Webengage is more simpler than any other Analytics tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a lot of time to reflect on events, And Webengage doesn't notify about update and maintenance times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WebEngage Support team is good at solving my problem. once I'm stuck with the migration of the events and users, the support team helps me to do the same.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Webengage is that we can see user behaviour with our website and then take actions as per their behaviour. Also, accurate reports and analytics provided by Webengage is on point. Highly recommended!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I dislike about the tool is that I got to know about it very late :) Lots of efforts were wasted prior, now I am very happy that I am able to use this tool and perform all the marketing activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like tracking user behavior, automation of Emails and Web Pushes, gaining insights into the data obtained, etc and many more other problems are solved for me.

WebEngage is very Useful for Multi-channel marketing.

Sometimes the services are very slow. In case of any technical issues, you might receive late replies

As an e-commerce company, we market around through different channels, and often a customer might be receiving same marketing campaign through every channel. WebEngage help us get insights on where and what channel the customer reads the messages on so that we dont send them repeat campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is I would say how it makes things simple and efficient. Automation enables us to understand our customers better and give real-time behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times when we try to download the report, we are unable to do so and a few events don't perform well so currently, we are facing these two problems with WebEngage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through WebEngage we can send emails, webpush and everything in users' time zone. This gives a boost to the open rate resulting in sales generation for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WebEngage is that it provides all the marketing activities under a single umbrella like SMS, Emails, App Marketing, Web Push, etc. It makes our daily life in marketing easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using WebEngage for the last 3-4 months, and haven't encountered any downsides as such of the platform yet. Yes sometimes I have encountered server issues while sending Emails but all of that was handled very quickly by the support team of Webengage.

We had a problem of using different platforms for different marketing activities, Webengage enabled us to have all that under one roof and also automation of this software helped us even further in achieving the goals we wanted to.

They have features have sending carousels to IOS users for App notification. I found that feature outstanding

While integrating, there's lots of problem we faced from tech end

The User Experience compared to other Marketing Automation software's is really good.

There are always new updates in WebEngage and their team always keeps webinars on strategizing and understanding different communication channels.

There have been a few things that I struggled to understand but our CSM helped me solve the issue.

The User Journey creation is just very easy. Executing whatever I am thinking with the drag and drop blocks feature makes it easier to analyze and act upon.

What do you like best about the product?
Their Analytics has improved a lot. Also, they keep on adding cool new features like catalogs, etc + they've updated the notifications dashboard and UI to the the next level.

Nothing as of now. I think they're moving the right direction.

Helps create and optimise email, sms, whatsapp, webpush, notifications easily and it also provides complete reports for analysis

WebEngage updates with time and keeps coming up with new things for its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to upload segments before sending SMS or push notifications that part can be more easily and sometimes test SMS and push notifications do not work properly.
