Intuitive Interface That’s Easy to Start Using
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the interface of the app, you can start using it without any instructions before, very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the board is "heavy" and quite massive it can become laggy and slow to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled with fragmented whiteboards and scattered documentation but with Miro I can centralise all brainstorming on a single infinite canvas
Transforms Brainstorming with Seamless Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI input in Miro because it makes things quite easy. I just love that I can ramble over the page, zoom in, zoom out, and put things in perspective. Big headings are wonderful, and I can dive right down to small, have images, and add text. The AI processes skip across the board to show where my thinking is coming from and how things link together. I enjoy using arrows and stickers. Being able to share a board with people and present on Miro allows for real-time engagement, which is great for workshops where we can all think together and see the visuals together. The ability to summarize notes, add names and hashtags on stickies, and have multiple boards for different projects suits my needs perfectly. Snipping things from screens and dropping them straight onto the board makes my life more integrated and seamless. It all works beautifully for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's always tricky to get the screen or the board size correct. Whether I start at 20% or 25%, and then the text sizes match. So zooming in, zooming out, I wish it went to more than 400%. 800% would be fantastic so it can get right down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me get everyone on the same page, gather information in one place, and keep everything visual and organized. I love its AI features, the ability to brainstorm visually, and the potential for real-time engagement and collaboration.

Effortless Diagramming with User-Friendly AI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to build architecture diagrams for our projects, and it's very user-friendly. I don't face many issues with it, and it's very easy to use. I really like the AI feature because it efficiently builds the base diagram when I give it any prompt. This feature is especially helpful because we don't have to build something from scratch, which usually takes a lot of time. I'm very happy with Miro, and the AI feature is one of the reasons we switched from draw.io. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is user-friendly and its AI feature helps quickly build base diagrams from prompts, saving time on complex diagrams.
Versatile, Engaging Tool for Dynamic Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Miro is to use and how accessible it is for everyone. Building spaces for brainstorming sessions is just a few clicks away, and with little effort, I can create great experiences for participants with features like sticky stacks, voting, and reactions. These tools help keep the group focused and make the process of prioritizing cards feel fair. Reactions also add a bit more engagement, sometimes helping to break the ice. I really appreciate being able to use Miro on a free plan for personal projects, which helps me stay organized. The initial setup was very easy, especially since we already had a solid background in using Miro. I also like that I can plan personal things on my mobile, even during friends' trip planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it's just my company case, but due to policy of having everyone on the whiteboard before they might be able to access the board is driving me crazy. There is always some issue with a crucial stakeholder not having access, and I cannot fix it on my own, it has to be an org admin that will invite that person. Usually, adding missing person never happens during the workshops, so we are losing important voices during discussion and make these individuals feel skipped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps everyone engaged in workshops, preventing distraction and ensuring participation. It streamlines brainstorming with easy setup and features like sticky stacks and voting, making collaboration more efficient and fair.
Easy-to-Use Visual Boards with Fast Performance and Helpful AI Summaries
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and I can quickly create attractive, visual boards for a variety of purposes, such as retros, brainstorms, deep dives, and process mapping. Boards load quickly and can handle lots of images, text, and links without lag. The AI summaries are also helpful when I need to send participants a clear recap of the session along with the next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot easily share the board with users who do not have a licence. The option to share a password protected link to non-licensed users has not worked recently and this has negatively impacted some sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to organise collaborative sessions with stakeholders in APAC and EMEA.
Miro allows me to organise my thoughts in a visual format, allowing me to refine processes, strategy or roadmaps easily.

An irreplaceable collaborative canvas for architects
What do you like best about the product?
the infinite canvas, pasting of references, quick sketching with commenting with all our team members being able to be in the same space is integral to our design process.
What do you dislike about the product?
the snapping of arrows and inability to draw unique shapes (think pen tool in illustrator) are the only things i have issues with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
interactive collaboration, ability to have a digital sketchpad/drawing board/canvas that you can have your entire team on is incredible. pasting references, sketching on top of images, etc is great. love that we can create frames and pdf off of them or slides that we can present are great.
Actually, would be great to be able to 'paste in place' in slides or frames to have consistency in presentations. helps for us with OCD ;)
