Facilitates Effective Collaboration with Ease

  • April 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is very user-friendly, allowing people and team members, regardless of their age or generation, to click on a hyperlink shared at the beginning of a meeting and immediately start collaborating with minimal guidance or instruction. It makes things efficient and allows us to accomplish more in a short amount of time. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy. We've created a template for our functional area, and using that template at the beginning of each project makes planning sessions even more efficient on Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes team members inadvertently move objects around on the Miro board. I am not sure if there is a feature that can be toggled on/off to 'lock' items in place...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps teams come together and align on scope, assumptions, risks, and work breakdown structure for complex projects quicker than other tools. It also lets teams work in parallel, mapping out multiple workstreams at the same time versus mapping each workstream one by one.

Streamlined Team Collaboration with Easy Setup

  • April 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use and offers various templates that give me a ready-made map, saving time and providing a good starting point. Its integration with Google Meet is particularly helpful for explaining and discussing strategies with clients or team members live in meetings. I also appreciate the team access feature, which facilitates collaboration efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Agentic AI is still missing, meaning it doesn't convert conversations in meetings into maps quickly. Similarly, we can't just put text and have it automatically converted into a map.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for mind mapping and explaining SOPs to my team, which improves communication and helps discuss strategies with clients during online meetings.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
being a collaborative tool, it looks like we are in the same room sharing ideas. The voting system with music and time associate to the vote it self
What do you dislike about the product?
the complex menu and options with the AI features, that are very useful btw, but hard to navigate. and the prompt system is on the right side, looks off
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborative work; real time sharing ideas with visual support for it

Easy to Use, Great for Team Sharing, But Offline Needs Improvement

  • April 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really helpful for creating flowcharts and sharing them with my team. I like that it's easy and clear to use, and the initial setup was very easy too. I'm loving the AI feature; it really helps me to design and think in new ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way Miro works offline. I can't use all features of it, and sometimes there's just a blank screen, it blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me with creating flowcharts and sharing them with teams. It's easy and clear to use, and the AI assists me in designing new ways to think.

Modern, Easy-to-Use UI That Runs Smoothly—Great Value Even on the Free Plan

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s UI feels modern and easy to use. In my experience, it ran smoothly and consistently, without any noticeable slowdowns. Since we weren’t on a paid plan, we still got a lot of value from the free features. We mainly used it to map out marketing processes for documentation, and it worked really well for that purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing outside of the limitations of the number of editable boards on the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped my team and me document our internal processes, and we also used it as an internal wiki that we could refer to and refine as those processes changed.

Intuitive Collaboration with a Learning Curve

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to document and share company processes, and I really like its intuitive user interface that makes collaboration with colleagues on our architecture overview and process maps easy. It's straightforward and easy to learn how to use. I find it helpful that you can zoom in and out to move between different processes and see the entire architecture in one picture. Setting up Miro was very simple too; just create an account, log in, and start creating a board to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with tables, you really need to zoom in before you can work within them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to document and share company processes. It provides an intuitive user interface for collaborating on our architecture overview and process maps, making it easy to learn and use.

Miro Makes Team Brainstorming Effortless

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaborative nature of Miro and allowing a free form space for whiteboarding and brainstorming with teams
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little things that are frustrating about the experience. I use the same boards consistently and when I make copies of them, the permissions settings reset every time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to constantly complete idea mapping and retrospectives with my teams and look for areas of process improvement very easy and collaboratively.

Miro forced me to be messier with my work and helped me break free from creative block

  • April 22, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for being quick n messy, something that doesn't come naturally to me as a "pixel-perfectionist". I tend to break out of some creative black holes when jumping to Miro to brainstorm ideas, jot down copy or collaborate with my team on a topic. It's a wonderfully accessible tool that doesn't require you to be a designer. The contextual toolbar is a phenomenal piece of kit that manages to not be annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create sections or put a frame in a frame is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving cross team collaboration and allowing users to bring the whiteboard approach to the screen which is a nice juxtaposition from where you normally end up using other visual collab tools.

Easy to Use Yet Powerful for Complex Product Development and BPM Work

  • April 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, but it can also accomplish complex tasks that align with product development/BPM methodologies, which is highly important for being relevant to all customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have too much negative to say about Miro aside from the fact that it feels like a generic app, but I don't blame Miro for that - Silicon Valley has just moved to a model where all software starts to feel cold and commoditized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategy development, product management/development and business process modelling, mapping and optimization is generally how I've used Miro in the past and I don't see that changing.
