Intuitive Diagramming Makes Idea Building Effortless

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
how intuitive it is at the time of starting to build an idea as a diagram. I can see forms and figures and directly place them anywhere to start connecting the flow of processes we manage at our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a apple mouse, and the control of the miro board with this mouse is very fustrating. i had to spend a time to figure out how to zoom in/out, move around and how to select before start working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
is solving how we can communicate asynchronously within a Remote First company. By having a board where ideas can be placed for the next person on the next time zone to check.

Live Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that Miro is live and interactive. I can see in real time what my team members are looking at or editing, which is very helpful when working remotely. This makes collaboration way easier and smoother during brainstorming sessions. Another feature that I truly like is the wide range of templates available, which are really useful for workshops, concept development, planning, and team coordination. I mainly use Miro for architecture and design collaboration, references, diagrams, and project organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the process of transferring boards or exporting content to be a bit more flexible. I understand that the limitations are particularly in the premium plan, but slightly less direct export and transfer options would make collaboration across teams and products easier. If the exporting and transforming boards were easier, it would be an 8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for live, interactive collaboration, which helps my team see edits in real-time and smooths remote brainstorming. It's great for architecture and design with its useful range of templates. Improving board transfer and export options would enhance cross-team collaboration.

Simplified Collaboration with Miro

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for diagramming customer journeys, and it presents a great way for everyone to easily visualize the flow. I like the simplicity and collaboration it offers. The fact that everyone can work on the same document together in real time makes it super easy for us all to quickly throw ideas around. I also find it simpler to use compared to other tools we've tried, and the initial setup was very easy indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more objects in Miro to allow better visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro presents a great way for everyone to easily visualize the flow of customer journeys. I like its simplicity and collaboration, allowing everyone to work on the same document in real time, making it easy to quickly throw ideas around. We switched from Lucid because Miro is simpler to use.

Transparency and quick setup with Miro

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has templates for all possible diagrams, such as BPMN, which are especially useful for drawing business processes. I also like the wide variety of different drafts and sketches that can be used for different types of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there are no particularly negative aspects in Miro. However, I would like more descriptions on how to use specific templates, written by a human rather than artificial intelligence. Perhaps, implement filtering by industries and use categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes the process more transparent and understandable for the team, allowing for detailed diagrams and charts that leave no questions. This ensures transparency and speed, which is especially useful when coordinating in a small company.

Streamlined Collaboration, Pricing Concerns

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to collaborate on marketing campaign planning. I really appreciate the voting and timers for workshops, as it keeps things moving. The initial setup of Miro was quick and seamlessly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing jumps up fast when you need more than basic features. I think more flexible prices should be available for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate on marketing campaign planning, eliminating version control nightmares with multiple Miro files.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for mind mapping ideas and organizing thoughts during strategy meetings. It really cuts down on back and forth emails when planning campaigns or features. I find the sticky notes and shapes super intuitive and fun to use, and grouping and clustering sticky notes is so satisfying and fast. The initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app feels clunky for anything beyond viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaborative Design Hub with Room for Improvement

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to work with multiple people across collaboration and such. The experience has been helpful, with less distractions. The initial setup wasn't big of a deal and was pretty smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the visual qualities of some lightweight tools like tldraw and whimsical are better. There are more improvements that can be done when it comes to panning and navigating the boards. Sometimes the boards are not that smooth. There are issues with shape connectors from time to time. However, nothing is critical there and things just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives us a concrete platform for design, acting as a central source of truth for architecture documentation and collaboration with multiple people effectively.

Essential for Remote Team Collaboration and Rapid Prototyping

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro as our go-to for creating wireframes and quick mockups. The templates are a lifesaver; they get me started in seconds and provide a quick, consistent starting point, so I can jump straight into brainstorming. Miro also keeps remote teams aligned without needing to be in the same room, and the setup was straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting to PDF often cuts off parts of the canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating wireframes and mockups. It keeps our remote team aligned without needing to be in the same room. The templates are a lifesaver, providing a quick, consistent start for brainstorming.

Great for Remote Collaboration, But Can Lag with Large Boards

  • December 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
hat I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration, especially with remote teams. You can jump into a board with other people and start working immediately without setting things up or explaining too much. It feels natural to brainstorm, sketch ideas, leave comments, and move things around in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can become slow and overwhelming as boards grow. Once you have a lot of frames, images, and collaborators, performance can drop. The pricing is another downside. Many useful features are locked behind paid plans, and the free version feels quite limited for anything beyond very basic use. It’s easy to hit restrictions sooner than expected. also some features feel overcomplicated for simple tasks. There are times when you just want to quickly sketch or write something down, but the number of options and tools gets in the way rather than helping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered collaboration, especially for remote or hybrid teams. Instead of ideas being spread across emails, chat messages, documents, and meetings, everything can live in one shared visual space. That makes it much easier to understand what’s going on and who is working on what.

It also replaces a lot of unnecessary meetings. Instead of scheduling calls just to brainstorm or explain ideas, we can put everything on a board and let people review, comment, and add input in their own time. That saves time and reduces back-and-forth.

For me personally, it helps turn abstract ideas into something visual and concrete. Whether it’s planning, brainstorming, or explaining a concept to others, Miro makes communication clearer and faster. It improves alignment within the team and reduces misunderstandings, which directly helps projects move forward more smoothly.
