What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborating with others, specially non designers, planning, sprint reviews, project planning. Allows easy collaboration and participation. This organization has a long tradition with PowerPoint still, and from the design team, we push to have presentations in Miro. It is easy and beautiful to create participant engagement in Miro, impossible to do it in Powerpoint.
A very useful tool for workshops and trainings
What do you like best about the product?
Nearly infinite space, accessible to partners and trainees. Endless possibilities to organize your content. A useful tool indeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ramp-up for new users; the possibility to have short intro videos also in French; and sometimes, as boards become heavier (with a lot of elements), the limitations of speed in charging/moving the board around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to train conservationists in the Conservation Standards and to organize and manage meetings to evaluate projects and design new ones. It works better than a real paper board. All is recorded, easily transformable into pdf or images. I think I will use it once we go back to in-person meetings ;)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really a good and complete solution for online group work
One of the best tool for online collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share a board and collaborate in real-time with the whole team. The fact that you can see the cursor with a name and have the video call at the same time makes it so easy to be remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app integration need some user friendly work. Its not easy to link apps to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since covid began working remotely has been a must. Miro has enabled me to be able to brainstorm with my team seamlessly as if we were face to face.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you compare Miro to other tools you will realize its a superior platform
The best product in his category
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's usability is top class and, together with a complete set of tools for whiteboarding, makes it an extremely productive application with an effortless learning curve. On top of this, the cooperative experience is very well thought and it's a breeze to facilitate workshops with remote attendees or even with a mixture of in-person and remote attendees - the nightmare of every facilitator!
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise pricing is quite expensive, and temporary users (like someone needing an account to participate in one single workshop) use paid passes that make organizing a session a bureaucratic/budgetary thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent tool for minimizing the impact of working from home in collaborative sessions. It's the best way to keep up the feeling of "being together in front of the whiteboard", with the added bonus that nobody will delete everything overnight!
Miro even makes collaborating easier at home!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can see what other people are doing as they are working. It's like being gathered around a whiteboard but without the awkward elbowing and struggling to read handwriting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to open a board so I think it needs a fairly powerful computer to run well. I also occasionally lose the button i need to do seomthing in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to conduct complicated idea sharing or brainstorming type workshops remotely using Miro. I'd say it's even better than working in the traditional way because you can all see well, zoom in as required and read the text.
Creativity suitable for all
What do you like best about the product?
An endless virtual whiteboard for discussing visual projects by adding any kind of object and file with all your creativity.
You can easily take notes on sticky notes and comment in mini-chat. You can create presentations, prototypes, CJ/CX map and share and co-work with your colleagues from anywhere in the world.
It is very user-friendly from begininning and you have a lot of templates.

What do you dislike about the product?
It could be useful (for now) to add some new features as:
- connector line jumps (like in Visio workflows);
- folders to manage different versioning of a board;
- a document management approach

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro with my colleagues (we are almost 120 users) and for now it is a powerful way to share our creativity on our projects without to share a lot of documents.
The endless whiteboard allows to have an E2E vision on our processes (in particular on CJ Maps and Prototypes) and it is easy to share in our meetings and co-creation brainstorming.
The user friendly graphic allows to everyone to focus on contents by inspiring his/her creativity

Miro for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the boards and all the features tagged along. My priority tasks usually consist of creating mockups and passing them over to designers meaning that I need tools to present and pitch my creative ideas. Miro has everything for my vision to be captured correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the Miro desk contains too many elements, it can load slower than usually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Marketing pitches
2. Mockups creation
3. Video calls with my colleagues on the board we need to discuss - no jumping from tool to tool
4. Brainstorming ideas and their visualization

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is easy to pick up even if it's a whole new product for you. For me, it's a great digital tool to unleash my creativity and present my vision. I think Miro will suit anybody who seeks ways to get on the same page with a team and colleagues in a digital environment.
The tool I always dreamed of
What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, it is possible to visualize very complex correlations in a short time. At the same time, it is possible to be used by a five-year-old. When we are doing our workshops, people who are new to the tool mostly have to be trained for a few minutes before making their contributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to create seamless layouts for PDF export. There is always something slightly off, and text boxes are not versatile enough. But you have to keep in mind that the tool is not made fortis task, and we love it for its simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to structure my thoughts, to work within our team, and to have presentations and workshops with clients. Working has become more manageable, and one benefit is that the boards will stay online, and you can revisit them anytime.
Miro board is very interactive and easy to put all your thoughts onto a board, I love the aesthetic.
What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to brainstorm with my team, have my visions put most colorfully pleasing way, and I have found that the Miro board is the perfect platform for it. I love the look and feel of the board. It makes the writing and editing quick and easy. The adding images features give an extra brief into the point that you are trying to put across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes want to zoom out farther away, which would be a more excellent addition to the board since it is an infinite canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I try creating user journeys for our product, and I give access to my contractor to give them a better idea of my vision. This helps everyone involved, and in my experience, I have not found a platform as interactive as Miro board for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

essential collaborative and creative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Miro in 2017. Ease of use and robust (well designed) tools have made this my choice for personal planning and creative work. It's also been the go to tool for working with teams on projects from design thinking processes to sprints to planning. It's so easy to bring in other team members and guests. The learning curve is really short. I've yet to hit a wall with this tool. In fact, as an Adobe products and especially Illustrator user, I've found I can intuitively work on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to find real issues because over the past few years they have improved the product consistently. I've found the desktop app easier to use than mobile but updates have helped there. The tool could be pricey compared to some other options. I do wish the search feature searched text in all boards. It seems limited now. Discussions could be better. We tend to post sticky notes and are not sure who said what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a globally dispersed team. The number one job is addressing the fact that we cannot work in the same room on a whiteboard. A digital space to collaborate and work asynchonously is invaluable. I've used it for my personal projects to plan and think through them. At any point, someone can see the board and join the process or at least know where it is. The problems are mostly media strategy, marketing, product development, and working through sprint processes for challenges.
