What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am following my daily tasks. i have more than 5 projects to follow, all needs to be coordinated with client and sub contractors. I can create flowles coordination with all parties using Miro
Miro is one of my favourite marketing tools of all time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and how creative I can be while creating any kind of board. Is very intuitive as well, so not a lot of training (if non), is required upfront. I use Miro for several different projects and it's amazing how the tool can look different every time. The options are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I dislike about the tool. I don't feel limited there to any extent. The one thing that maybe I'd like to see in the future is a way to make more automation in the boards, so some updates don't need to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main benefits in my opinion is that Miro can be used in several different ways. Whether you need to brainstorm, create a workflow, an overview, you can do it with Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in doubt whether your team needs the tool or not, the answer is "yes"!!! Miro will leverage the visual collaboration of your team and provide great insights for your company.
Avant Darc
What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate and share with colleagues, add and edit photos, great to brain storm processes and organise ideas, the templates are great too. we use it to plan a new collection
What do you dislike about the product?
would like to add the function of videos and maybe get a few more templates that look higher quality in terms of graphics and examples of how other companies are using them to look professional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem of many different people working remotely on the same idea in real-time. the benefits are that we can see with the cursor who is looking at what aspect, so working remotely is really nice
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend using Miro for many purposes, such as working in a team remotely, accessing your boards via the app and organizing processes and plans such as for collections or campaigns
My go-to app for designing, brainstorming and planning
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flowchart templates in particular, but I really like mixing different templates on the same board!
It is great to map out rough ideas and then use the flexibility of the objects and connectors to produce clean visuals.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, there would be the ability to create private Miro boards which are not visible to the rest of your company, especially when working with personal data or confidential information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving with Miro is mapping out discovery sessions, cleaning up the thoughts, and channeling them into a more structured visual. This process is extremely valuable in communication throughout the team!
The best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is so easy to pick up and use by team members who use it less often. It is also super flexible - it is after all a digital whiteboard. I use it for everything design and product management, that previously would require PowerPoint and Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licencing model means that sometimes colleagues can't take part in a collaboration session. More flexibility is needed having in mind my company pays for a generous package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use miro to support the user-centered design process - anything from synthesizing research, assumption mapping and prioritizing, to prototype feedback, story mapping, and project tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the best collaboration tool out there at the moment. We find it invaluable and use it for remote and face-to-face collaboration sessions.
Best way to recreate the in-person experience virtually!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to brainstorm and prototype complex ideas in a nonlinear way. It makes meetings more productive as well as more engaging. It feels like a tool that can do almost anything when it comes to remote collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the restrictions that are placed at the enterprise level which make it harder to collaborate with my clients such as the ability to restrict editing from any external users. I think that the ability to use sticky notes should not be considered in the same way as all other editing so that hosting workshops can be more accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making meeting more structured and productive. We are mapping out process and data flows, making more interesting presentations and coming to consensus on decisions through the voting tool.
Great tool for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
What excites me about MIRO is the ability to mimic face-to-face collaboration so well. Once everyone is familiarized with the platform, working on a given board simultaneously with several people is no hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to get to know its features as a casual user. Menus and tools are not that user-friendly, I suppose. At least from a casual user point of view, Perhaps better descriptions? More practical descriptions. I'd say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Product Manager, so MIRO helps me collaborate fast with peers, my squad engineers, and stakeholders alike. As a result, I can structure meetings and sketch ideas before or during my sessions without missing too much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get to know its tools, it's the best collaborative board I came across.
Miro for product development and process flows
What do you like best about the product?
miro is a wonderful tool that allows me and my team to create and visualize all the steps we need to consider when developing a new feature or even re-thinking our entire service flow. It is perfect for collaborative work since it is very easy to share and even easier to work at the same time on the same board.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more a problem of my company than from miro itself, but we have quite long and complex flow charts and sometimes it gets a little bit difficult to see the whole picture. To be able to read we need to zoom in but then we are losing the sense of where we are in the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use miro mainly for product development and process flows. It allows us to write down and share with the entire team the features we want to implement.
Having the ability to choose from a variety of information types, from sticky notes to boxes to highlighted text we can display what we want to achieve in a more visually appealing way.

It makes everything very manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I'm studying agile methods in school and it reminds me of the Japanse Kanban board method.
So it gives me great work experience and it's very delightful to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only thing that has been a issue is that sometimes it crashes from time to time.
And since we're relying all of our work assignments on Miro it can become an issue sometimes.
And since we're relying all of our work assignments on Miro it can become an issue sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our projects very easy to structure, because we use it as a Kanban board.
Each task is sorted into 4 columns and made into the smallest and most precise task to give a nice overview.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's excellent for creating boards and if you want to try out the japanse kanban board, which is based on the Agile methodology.
Miro is essential for brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is probably the best alternative for all our team's post-its, whiteboards, pens, and papers. It's significantly easier to communicate and collaborate on roadmapping, wireframing, and anything that needs alignment on across groups and team. I've been using it for the past 3 years across different companies, I've also tried alternative tools, and so far Miro is the most robust and "catch-all" for all of our product team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've always hoped that Miro provides a more feature-packed wireframing module (more button and component options), because sometimes the workarounds we have to employ do not really show the intended result we want to communicate in our lo-fi wireframes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to collaborate in a remote/digital setting. Having all small tools located in one go saves us money and time in looking for alternatives that do not fully fit the bill, and having it in one place prevents the need from us having to onboard and jump to different places to do one thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far, it's the most straightforward and most comprehensive tool to brainstorm, wireframe, and collaborate for product-building organizations.
