The main collaboration tool for our product team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and save free-form ideas, reorganize them, and export them in presentable ways, all within the same interface.
The voting feature makes it possible for hundreds of colleagues to collaborate all at once.
Also love the freeform commenting, the ability to share externally with a password, and linking to frames...all super helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot of untapped potential in Miro that I just haven't gotten around to capturing yet. No dislikes so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management, opportunity solution mapping, team collaboration, asynchronous collaboration, meeting facilitation, brainstorming
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It's easy to get started.
MIRO: an upgrade for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The best about Miro is the possibility to increase the interaction with my remote clients presenting any kind of document, from charts to complex graphic design and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, using the Consultant package, is that I cannot invite other members without doubling my monthly bill. But now i´m moving to a team account for a small difference without affecting my budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The brainstorming sessions will become a lot better with the upcoming video meetings, so I guess the ability to discuss remotely is definitely going to improve the outcome of our studio.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just consider carefully what kind of plan do you choose. For us, the most essential benefit of MIRO was to have at least two teams, so we had to move from "consultant" to "teams". Besides that, using MIRO is a beautiful and tasty piece of cake.
Great for Synthesis or Workshops- Low learning curve for new participants

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much is wrong with it it's a great tool.
Navigation is something you need to teach unfamiliar participants who have not used this software before (every single workshop you run)
Ideally, Miro would offer a user guide that you could set up to run for guest participants when they log in to a workshop you are hosting (i.e a small tour, navigation instructions or a video). Instead, we have to walk through how to use Miro for every design workshop with participants unfamiliar with it.
The post-it notes and the color options for text and shapes are different. I want an option to match them sometimes for color coding purposes.

Amazing tool for continuous collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect features to organize individual and collective knowledge. It allows me to build almost anything and is super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bothers me on Miro. Maybe there could be more templates on popular subjects, such as product discovery frameworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly product discovery. Helps me to organize everything and be transparent with stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth taking at shot! The free version is pretty valuable.
A great productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can share ideas with colleagues and customers in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, drag and drop is a little bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work with colleagues all around the world to structure business solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to share ideas and create with people worldwide, Miro is good for you.
Non graphical person gets addicted
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I am able to start simple and just add complexity and additional content without running out of room on the edge of the canvas, or not having the options available that I need. The App Store provides lots of things I haven't even touched yet. Having experienced Markup Language in the past, it is great to have shortcut keys available for all of the operations. I come from the days of Wordstar so keyboard shortcuts are great. Being able to collaborate on a board is really clever, and the ability to pull people to your focus in a presentation is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being a graphically adept person, I sometimes find it difficult to translate the images in my mind onto the canvas. I do find Miro addictive though and the full history is very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning to transcribe the images in my minds eye onto a board to be shared with others. Being neuro-divergent, my mind races along and now I can dump those pictures onto a shared surface almost as fast as my brain renders them.
The best collaboration tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I like all templates. They are really good to get inspiration and also save me time. When I read a book and want to apply a new framework, I can use the templates to grasp the concepts even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes challenging to find the project I'm looking for. I often look in chats after boards that someone shared with me. Also, the synthesized data from, for example, interviews can sometimes be ill-structured. I guess flexibility is a strength and a weakness of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Cooperation online
2. Explaining difficult concepts
3. Running workshops with teams
4. Making presentations more fun.
5. I'm more efficient when using the tool than PowerPoint.

Miro's one of the top tools I use on a daily basis!
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility, team collaboration features, the many templates which kick start most of my projects,
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say the typography lacks a bit in features. I wish there were more options to modify and play with the typography. That'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem I love to solve with Miro is visualizing processes. Collaborating with colleagues is easy, and almost everybody intuitively knows how Miro works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the perfect tool for collaborating, getting everyone on the same page, and focusing on a common goal.
Miro - best collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and the features are also great. Helps in virtually collaborating with people. Moreover, the templates give a kickstart to those who are new. Learnt a lot of new methods of nrainstorming and research ideation. Thanks to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably that the free version is very limited, haha. But other than that, we should be able to invite people for a particular board and not the entire team (in free version), atleast this access should be given - even if it is only for one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to get clarity and understanding on the problems and solutions. With Miro, it helps in finding this out along with including other team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a one-stop solution. I think anyone who wants to start using Miro and hasn't yet, should definetly start using it.
Leveling Up Our Team Planning and Process Maps
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has enhanced our team's collaboration, provided a means by which to better estimate timelines on deliverables, and improved our planning processes. Miro makes data and plans visual. It is easy to use, simple to navigate, and has a fantastic library of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside my team has encountered is that Miro hasn't yet added a simple "to do list" template to their library. This would be helpful to have on hand, but can be achieved with different templates no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's tools have helped our team identify priority tasks and implement agile practices. We are completing more projects as we're staying focused on finishing up tasks and not spreading ourselves thin across a million objectives.
