Agility and Ease of Use with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of Miro and its visual interface, which makes it easy to get things done. You can edit the flow that the guide provides or you can create it from scratch. It is very intuitive with the arrows and boxes, and it has user-friendly usability. Additionally, the free credits they offer from the guide are a great help, especially if you don't have a tool like this and need to graph or manage your process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I haven't had any problems with Miro, since, in what I use it for, I haven't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to quickly chart business processes. Miro allows me to create charts that used to take 10 minutes in less than a minute, saving me time and providing an easy understanding when I need to review processes later.
Effortless Setup, Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to get started with, and it's even easier to use in the long term. The platform is simple and concise, making it perfect for any team looking to get organized or to convey information. Miro allows us to create real-time updates for our org chart, which is exactly what we needed. The built-in features like shapes, lines, colors, and transparencies are essential for keeping our org chart clean and easy to understand. These features help us direct attention to the most important information and ensure consistency in our presentations. The platform just makes it simple to make seemingly complex changes quickly. The real-time updates via embedded links are super handy for our intranet use. I can't think of anything else to improve; we love the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using multiple lines, sometimes they are offset when I prefer them to overlap. This is often the case when we are building our org chart. I would love a feature that allowed lines to 'snap' together, so that I didn't have to zoom in and meticulously overlap the lines manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create and share our company org chart, and it solves the problem of needing updates in real time. It simplifies complex visual changes quickly and makes our data clean and easy to understand.
Intuitive Tool for Visualization, Needs Design Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use and intuitive with its drag-and-drop functionality. It's great that you don't need to study another tool; you can just start using it without prior knowledge. It's really just plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the graphical interface because, as now when you are drawing charts and diagrams, they look great, but you cannot use them into, let's say, presentations and such because the graphical interface or the design of all the segments is a little bit basic. And maybe some beautification when it comes to design would be appreciated.

Miro lets me visualize my ideas, making it easier to explain them to my colleagues.

Boosts Workshops with Seamless Online Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its online collaboration, which not only digitizes the whiteboard experience but makes it even better than in-person, with infinite space to work with, easy screen sharing, and the ability to prepare templates in advance. I also really appreciate the large library of templates because I don't have to start from scratch each time, and the quality of the templates is quite high, supported by the community. Miro is user-friendly, making it easy to work with even for first-timers who are invited to a workshop via link without any prior experience with the tool. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing access can be a pain - as well as navigating the structure between projects, boards etc. and what is accessible to whom.

I use Miro to gather a large number of post-its in a virtual space with pre-prepared templates. Its online collaboration makes the whiteboard experience better than in-person, using infinite space and easy screen sharing. Miro's large template library and user-friendliness also help.

Versatile Collaboration Features That Enhance Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to not just add flows but add various links, comments, and other collaboration oppurtunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No possibility to use offline. I like to map down my thoughts and flows quite often and as part of any time of the day. I dont see an option with Miro allowing me to save my flows offline, which I can perhaps work upon while I am in a flight etc. I feel that this functionality with the Mac Desktop app shall be available for offline use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its smoothness and the fact that it is free. The setup for me was straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit clunky making things bigger and smaller. The fact that tabs are either squared or rectangular is also something I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming and creating mind maps. It helps me create topical maps for SEO smoothly and it's free.
