Intuitive Tool for Seamless Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's intuitive platform which helps me easily analyze business requirements and share this understanding with my team. The collaborative features are fantastic, allowing seamless integration within my team and with external companies. This capability is vital for understanding complex processes and dependencies between different process flows, making project navigation much clearer. I also appreciate Miro's flexibility in exporting and importing, and the convenience of copying and customizing boards according to our needs. The prebuilt templates are not only interesting but significantly reduce setup time, making my workflow much smoother. The seamless work integration Miro provides is invaluable, as manually drawing things out in other software would be a daunting task. The way Miro's design supports multi-component integrations is commendable, aiding significantly in my day-to-day work. Setting up Miro is super easy, and its ease of use right from the start has made it a staple tool for our team. All these features make Miro indispensable, and I'm so impressed that I would wholeheartedly recommend it with a perfect score of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of a default setting feature for standardizing shapes in Miro frustrating. When creating diagrams, having to manually adjust the size of each symbol and object, like decision boxes, is time-consuming. If there was an option to set default dimensions for these elements before starting a project, it would enhance efficiency and save time in resizing different symbols and objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to understand complex requirements, connect processes, and identify dependencies. Its intuitive design aids in timeline navigation, team collaboration, and seamless multi-company interaction, enhancing my workflow and saving time with prebuilt templates and customization options.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it provides the team with a seamless way to collaborate. It was a pioneer in this type of collaboration from the beginning and remains my number one tool, especially for workshops and gatherings. I appreciate that all departments can stay aligned, and it's easy for everyone to use and understand, whether they're developers, designers, product owners, or C-level executives. Additionally, integrations like the simple import of Jira tickets help streamline our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when there are too many visuals included, the experience can become a bit laggy, particularly if the images are very large in size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, I can bring everyone together on a shared platform to collaborate freely. It's excellent for online workshops, but it also allows us to work asynchronously, which is especially helpful when team members are not in the same location or even in the same timezone.

Visual Planning Made Easy, But Needs More Free Features

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it helps me organize my thoughts and makes it easy to collaborate and share with others. I love the tools Miro offers, especially finding 'post-its' useful for jotting down quick notes or tasks. The ability to make my work look visually appealing with various format options, including shapes and frames, is a big plus for me. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the resizing things can be annoying, like if I make a frame smaller but the text size stays the same. Or sometimes I want to use Miro for adding long text which gets cut off. The free version of Miro is annoying when I only have access to 3 boards at a time, but I can't afford the paid version right now. I tried the prototyping a while ago, which was really cool, but I don't think I have access to that now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro is a visual way to map out my thinking, helping me organize my thoughts and bring others along on my journey.

Miro Enhances Collaboration But Needs Performance Tweaks

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really value Miro for its comprehensive features and ease of use, which allowed my team to quickly adapt and use it effectively with just one meeting. The AI assistant is a standout, as it significantly enhances brainstorming sessions, making them seamless and problem-free. I love that Miro allows me to integrate PDFs directly into the canvas, which is a huge plus for organizing my work. The ability to conduct online calls with my team directly through Miro strengthens our collaboration, making distant teamwork more manageable. The unlimited canvas is incredibly helpful for my job, providing a vast space to freely organize and expand projects. Additionally, the sticky notes feature is fantastic; it allows the team to easily move ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions, boosting our collective creativity. I'm very pleased with Miro's easy UI, which was a major factor in our decision to switch from our previous software, Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with Miro occasionally lagging, especially when working on a canvas with three or more people. Additionally, there are issues when the connection is lost; the canvas sometimes doesn't automatically save the work, leading to potential loss of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to brainstorm directly with the AI assistant, manage teams with online calls, and organize tasks with sticky notes and an unlimited canvas, simplifying teamwork and project management.

Infinite Possibilities with Miro's Canvas

  • November 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for a variety of tasks such as note-taking, facilitating internal and client workshops, and creating detailed diagrams and user journeys. I love having Miro as a unique tool that allows me to create different deliverables without the need to switch applications. The infinite canvas is particularly valuable as it provides an unrestricted space to organize and display content, which is essential for my collaborative work with colleagues and stakeholders. I also enjoy the Follow feature, as it helps keep everyone aligned and prevents anyone from getting lost amidst the sprawling content. Miro's ability to accommodate different elements in varied sizes across the canvas gives me the freedom to structure my projects efficiently. The integration capability with other tools, such as embedding Jira cards and Miro boards in Notion, enhances my workflow. Miro is significantly more powerful than our previous tool, Moqups, with a better UI and the innovative infinite canvas, making it a superior choice. Initial setup was straightforward, and overall, the platform's robustness and ease of use make it a product I would rate a perfect 10 for recommendation to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the table feature can be improved, as it doesn't work very well. I also like the new dot voting feature, but it's not accessible so I can't use it. Additionally, some shapes inside the dots could make the feature more useful even for colorblind people. Last thing, recently it became possible to pay in euros instead of Dollars. But the currency exchange is 1€ = 1$, so it is not convenient to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for notetaking, workshops, and creating diagrams without switching tools. Its infinite canvas allows content organization and collaboration with colleagues and clients. The Follow feature keeps the team aligned, making Miro a powerful, versatile tool.
