Intuitive Interface and Seamless Collaboration Make Miro a Standout Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro’s intuitive and clean interface — it feels easy to jump in and start collaborating. The real-time editing makes teamwork smooth, especially during brainstorming sessions. I also appreciate the wide range of templates that speed up planning. Overall, it’s a great tool for bringing ideas to life visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit heavy, especially with large boards, which slows things down. A few features are hidden behind too many clicks, making navigation slightly tricky. The pricing can also feel high for smaller teams. Overall, great tool, but performance and simplicity could be improved.

Miro helps our team collaborate visually even when we’re working remotely. It solves the problem of scattered ideas by giving us one shared space for brainstorming, planning, and tracking workflows. We no longer lose context between meetings, and everyone can contribute asynchronously. It’s improved alignment, speed, and overall clarity across projects.

Effortless Visual Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes it very low-friction to navigate the board and allows me to make things look nice with ease. Compared to other products like the Confluence Whiteboard, Miro is much less clunky and significantly more intuitive, enabling me to achieve what I want effortlessly. I appreciate how it allows me to map out potential operations processes, organizational structures, and document layouts effectively. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was very easy for me, and I am so satisfied with it that I would highly recommend it to friends and colleagues, giving it a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to navigate the admin panel and manage permissions and licenses. The user roles didn't align well with how people use Miro in practice. Additionally, there should be a way to allow interaction with a board, like adding stickies or moving items, without requiring a full license, since that's costly. Making the board public isn’t a reasonable solution for security reasons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to map out operations processes and organize structures intuitively, finding it less clunky compared to competitors, enhancing my product strategy effectively.
Seamless Collaboration with Customizable Boards
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Miro is; it's not just a cookie-cutter collaborative space. It allows me to truly make it my own with a multitude of features, which makes it both user-friendly and genuinely helpful. The platform’s intuitiveness is remarkable, making staying organized much easier, as it encourages collaborative additions, writing, and visuals. It stands out for its ease of use, boasting a gentle learning curve unlike other platforms where you can be overwhelmed by features. The initial setup was very easy, making it one of the first tools I learned to use swiftly upon joining the team. Miro has been a valuable asset, always helpful with a shared board space that keeps everyone updated and organized in one place. I also appreciate using all the tools available within Miro without needing external integrations, which enhances its efficiency.

Most convenient tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for providing a convenient and simple solution to lay out and connect various elements on the board, especially for research and literature organization. The unlimited elements per board feature is outstanding, as it allows me to thoroughly track my research and reading lists without any restrictions, supporting detailed note-taking and progress tracking. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was seamless with no problems encountered, indicating its user-friendly nature. I am extremely impressed with Miro's capabilities, as evidenced by my willingness to recommend it highly, with a ranking of 10 out of 10, and I have already suggested it to several people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the exporting to PDF feature to be problematic. It currently only focuses on frames and fails to detect elements outside of those frames, which limits the usefulness of the export function. It would be more beneficial if all items connected to elements within the frame were included in the export. Additionally, a vector graphic encapsulating the entire board without separating it into pages would significantly improve the export experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing research, as it allows unlimited elements per board, facilitating comprehensive tracking and note-taking without restrictions.

Intuitive and Feature-Rich, A Client Favorite
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro's intuitive interface; it's incredibly easy to learn, which is a big hit not just with me, but also with our clients when they see our processes presented using Miro. This intuitiveness truly enhances our communication, making it more fluid and effective in client interactions. The setup process was remarkably fluid and straightforward, thanks to the extensive templates Miro offers. These templates are a game changer, significantly reducing the time needed to get everything running smoothly. Moreover, Miro's drawing process feature is another game-changing aspect that my team appreciates and considers one of the main reasons for making the switch from ClickUp. Overall, these features have been so valuable that I consistently recommend Miro to my clients, giving it a top score of 10 when it comes to recommending it to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration with HubSpot lacking, as I would like to see HubSpot objects like Deals, Company, and Contacts within Miro, similar to Salesforce integration. Additionally, I feel that the AI interaction could be better developed; it is heading in a good direction, but still needs more improvement. I would appreciate features like a prompt box to analyze my processes.

Essential for Real-Time Collaboration and Visual Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's so helpful to be able to build visual representations and notes on real time, along with team members. It's been specially helpful in online meetings. It's easy to use, no training necessary, easy to share and use at the same time. We use it constantly, but have not integrated it with any other tool we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, as someone with a graphic design background, I think it's really limited how much we can make it aligned and pretty. The sticky notes, for example, are so helpful but so hard to maintain aligned and connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings remote workers closer.

Additionally, the ability to use various types of elements on a single board is really useful, as it allows me to integrate different forms of content and visual media, making presentation and organization more flexible and dynamic. This flexibility in visual organization is optimized by the ease with which I can quickly locate information within the boards, saving time and increasing my efficiency in daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation of having only 3 boards available.
