Love it, not much it can't do
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of using Miro is that it's fun to use. But the templates are also really great and help to get going quickly. Plus even a blank board is simple enough to use and make into whatever you want
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. It's not the easiest to use if you don't have a trackpad so maybe that could be improved but this doesn't affect me personally so I wouldn't class it as a dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get thoughts about complicated projects out of my head and onto an easily understandable board which I can either share or use as my own personal mind palace

- The live online collaboration is one of the best in the industry; the live cursor feature is a really good one
- The presentation mode in Miro is a very good feature to take control and present to the whole team
- Small but useful features like voting and timers are good for productivity

- Board management within different teams, ownership management and sharing: this can be improved a lot

Using Miro board for workshops, bi-weekly and monthly team update meetings, agenda planning for projects are some of the ways I use Miro for. It helps me organize scattered research and bring them together at once place for referencing and further documentation.

It allows people in a working workshop to work together in real-time with rich elements and tools. I like to timer too, which allows the host to count time for time control.

Not much so far I think, but if direct video upload can be supported, then that's will great!

When the world comes to virtual, team meetings always happen virtually. It's a bit hard to host productive working workshops online. Miro produces an excellent tool to host such kind of workshops, which allows everyone to work together and contributes ideas online.
Invision freehand is a free tool that allows you to create designs
What do you like best about the product?
That it is free and can be used for team palanning and brainstroming the ideas. Giving everyone an easy way to visually represent their ideas. Free hand tool is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not the only tool which can do all the things at one place for you. You have to use different softwares for different purpose.
It would be great if it allows you to create designs as prototype for figma or sketch.

A UX designer's review of Invision Freehand Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I relied extensively on Invision's Freehand for wireframing purposes in my UX projects. The infinite canvas provided great flexibility in laying out the sketches/wireframes. The templates for different project types are great and easy for our project ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
While designing user-flow diagrams, we rely on arrows to depict the flows. Sometimes the arrows get squeezed or stretched if we try to resize them, and sometimes the arrowhead separates out from the body. We have to keep the body and head in the union.
Everything is one canvas - It can get frustrating if many screens are in the user flows, as we have to scroll and zoom out a couple of times to reach our desired screen. Since we cannot create multiple layers of canvas for different workflows, which doesn't provide content organisation capabilities inside freehand.
Not everybody feels it is easy to edit and use freehand - Other non-designer peers feel hard to edit in freehand, and they feel tensed if they mess up the whole designer's work by. Special version control or branching might help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand helps me solve problems by designing more straightforward user flows for complex business requirements, allowing different stakeholders to envision the product design. A Freehand URL is easy to share, can be reviewed by multiple people inside an org, and can help me get feedback quickly.
Senior UX Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Able to integrated with other network/Messaging applications making it easier to setup and bring infoto whiteboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have been more smooth. Also the user interaction behaviour is somewhat new, which make it difficult to settle down with the application quickly. More use case scenario should be provided by the incision team so that it's easy for designers to understand how to use in every possible way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and free to use. Which help to work on my personal space apart from organisational works to keep everything at same space and sharing with others at same time
