FreeHand is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
InVision Freehand allows multiple team members to work on the same document simultaneously, making it an ideal tool for remote teams. Because changes are visible in real-time, team members can provide feedback and iterate on ideas quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not have all the functionality of more specialized tools, such as dedicated wireframing or prototyping software. There may still be a learning curve for team members who are new to the tool or who are not familiar with digital whiteboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can be used for a variety of tasks, including brainstorming, wireframing, and prototyping. It integrates with other InVision tools, such as InVision Studio and InVision Design System Manager, as well as third-party tools like Sketch and Dropbox.
Great for remote and in-person collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop. Intuitive UI. We stopped using standard post-its in workshops and use Miro instead, that way you can work more with the content and even export it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're in multiple teams it is easy to create a board in the wrong team without noticing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out processes and ideas.
Good tool for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
At first go, I thought it was like Microsoft whiteboard or google Jamboard, but when I dug deeper, I found it has got some templates you can use to make your life easier. Along with that, there are a lot of tools that you can integrate with Freehand, like Figma, Asana, and Slack! All these tools are used in corporate life so often, and there was a need to make something like this to make brainstorming easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing, I feel, for the features, it provides for a team, they shouldn't be charging around $5/user/month. The max price they could have charged for this software was something like $2.99/user/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, I used to use Google Jamboard along with Slack and all the other apps open in different tabs, sometimes I used split screens though but then the view wasn't that clear. Now I can just integrate Slack and Figma within Freehand itself to make my life way easier. I had to switch tabs for making changes and taking feedback constantly but now with Freehand, I can do it all over one place.
Miro's great success
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has dramatically streamlined business processes, saving hours of tedious manual labour. By capturing data in digital formats and transferring it to other files or programmes quickly and efficiently, tasks become effortless. Meetings are no longer held between offices; anyone with an Internet connection can now access the same 'room', eliminating the boundaries of time zones or distance that have historically hindered collaboration efforts. We could never achieve this level of harmony outside of Miro - it's FAR SUPERIOR to what real life was like without technology!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way tasks are recorded in Miro, and the lack of clarity about when they start and finish or their progress. Buyers also tend to rely too heavily on it for every task, without considering other options such as a shared office space, project management software and calendar app that might be better suited to certain needs. All of these elements need to be improved if we are to optimise the use of this tool within our organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's innovative technology helps me stay connected with my team without having to worry about the technical challenges of digital resources. I'm able to meet and collaborate remotely with ease and efficiency. It also keeps all relevant information organised so that I can go back to what we have been working on for reference or review whenever I need to.
