  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers a handful of tools which are beneficial to our team for a variety of uses, including brainstorms, Retros, and Tech Canvases. I use Miro at least a couple of times a week and it's been useful for thinking collectively in a squad
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial landing page can make it difficult to find the Canvas I am wanting, I feel that as part of a team I'd like some sort of folder option to group Miro boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is providing a convenient place for our squad to work collaboratively, with useful features in voting and anonymous mode. It provides a space for the whole team to work together, but also collate our thoughts in a colourful space

Versatile Canvas for Real-Time Collaboration

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro is just an open canvas where you can drop things in, draw, type, etc., in whatever format you prefer. It's great that I can locate different items, like images, text notes, and graphics, in one place for brainstorming and keeping track of things. I also love collaborating in real time with coworkers and sharing presentations with clients. It's handy to see others' mouses and what they're working on, which is a super functional feature for remote collaboration in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface gets a bit tricky sometimes. When I just want to draw or put an arrow quick something simple, sometimes it's hard to remember how to use different functions and it's not super straightforward. Maybe making the options more visually accessible all on the toolbar without having to click into different menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for locating different items in one place, collaborating in real-time with coworkers, and sharing presentations with clients.

Powerful Visualization Tool with Helpful AI Assistance

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its AI ability to not just create something from a draft but to give AI a prompt of what I'm looking for and help streamline the process of what I'm trying to do. As someone relatively new to Miro, the AI system helps make things very clear for me, and rather than having to learn everything myself, I just use AI. It gives me ideas of what to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's a lot of variables to learn, especially if you're a newcomer. There's a lot of different drafts to do. I think there should be a tutorial of the different things that you can do with Miro beforehand, like a series of videos of how-tos and what I need to know. Probably the most difficult part about the interface is learning what needs to be done, but I think it can definitely be improved. It was bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of visualizing ideas, helping me map out my thoughts clearly to share with my team. Its AI assists in creating drafts and streamlining processes, making it easier for me as a newcomer to understand what to do.

My go-to tool for visual collaboration

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Miro regularly and since the early days. I really appreciate how natural Miro feels to use. Whenever I work with it, I get the impression of using a real whiteboard, only without being restricted by the boundaries of a physical space. It helps me capture ideas quickly and makes collaborating with my colleagues both smooth and enjoyable. I also value how it adapts to my needs, whether I'm making a quick sketch, running a workshop, or planning an entire project. The template library has also grown in an amazing way and makes workshops preparations so much more fun. Over time, it has become one of those tools I instinctively turn to because it integrates seamlessly with my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see that new users sometimes feel lost at the beginning of using Miro and are a bit overwhelmed on where to start because there is so much to explore. In those situations I would love even clearer guidance or a lighter starting experience and maybe also a default option to follow the host or owner of the board. Apart from that, I feel very comfortable using Miro and appreciate how much it supports my daily work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Miro for workshops and to map out complex topics. I find that it helps me transform scattered ideas into a clear, structured format that’s easy to understand. When collaborating with colleagues, Miro provides a space where everyone can contribute their thoughts without disrupting the flow, making brainstorming sessions feel both natural and productive.

During workshops, it assists me in guiding groups through discussions by making everything visual and accessible in real time. This approach reduces confusion and enables teams to reach alignment more quickly. Overall, Miro offers me a straightforward way to bring clarity to complex subjects and to collaborate in a manner that feels engaging for everyone involved.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro to create ERD diagrams and data warehouse models. It made the connections between tables easy and well organized. I like its ease of use and being able to share the board, which makes the board super easy to customize and adjust. Also, the line ends do exactly resemble what I need. The initial setup was super easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess having templates for databases or ERDs or tables connected already would cut the work time in half for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes connecting tables easy and well-organized, while allowing board customization and sharing with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for team collaboration and whiteboarding things. I like how it helps with planning together with my team, drawing prototypes, and conducting interviews. It's easy because it's not attached to Zoom calls and generally more flexible. The initial setup was pretty easy too, although there was a white page problem at first, but it got better with the templates.
