  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Miro stands out for its high degree of customization, making it particularly beneficial for my study sessions. The platform is designed in such a way that it allows my teacher to write answers and make them visible in real-time, aiding in immediate comprehension and review. This real-time feature extends to all the notes shared so far, enhancing our collaborative study efforts. Additionally, Miro's ease of access simplifies the process of connecting and working collaboratively, ensuring that I can engage with it effortlessly whenever needed. Another aspect that I find especially favorable is how well-organized the interface is, which helps in maintaining a streamlined workflow. The initial setup of Miro was very straightforward, saving time and allowing for a seamless transition from our previous tool, Google Slides. Overall, these aspects collectively contribute to a highly-efficient study environment, and this ease of use is why I would highly recommend Miro to friends or colleagues, rating it a solid 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes encounter glitches in Miro where the pages appear blank. This can disrupt my workflow and requires me to refresh or troubleshoot to continue working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro super customizable and beneficial for studying, with real-time updates from my teacher and well-organized notes, making it easy to access and enhance my learning experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro to organize my projects and campaigns, as its mind mapping functionality is excellent. I also greatly value the pre-installed modules and templates, like the Business Canvas module, because they save me time and effort by not having to create these tools from scratch. Miro's ease of use is unmatched; the initial setup was super easy. I have so much confidence in Miro that I rated it 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendations and I have already recommended it even to my wife. The integration capability with Google Drive is another aspect I appreciate, as it enhances efficiency in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps they could be integrated and one could install the artificial intelligence models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my projects and campaigns, allowing me to interact with clients as a coach. Miro facilitates the use of pre-designed templates, such as the business canvas, avoiding the need to create them from scratch.

Boost Your Workshops with Miro's Versatile Canvas

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro extremely valuable for workshop development and process mapping as it helps me consolidate everything I want to work on into one accessible place, viewable on a single screen. I appreciate the simplicity of its functionality, which is nearly intuitive, making it easier to manage my tasks. The ability to import text, graphics, and photos into a canvas almost instantly is particularly appealing, streamlining my workflow efficiently. Additionally, the online tutorials were a significant help, making the initial setup fairly easy and boosting my understanding of the platform. Overall, Miro has proven to be a great recommendation for my needs in workshop development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality in Miro isn't intuitive enough for beginners, making it challenging to learn effectively from the outset. Initially, I struggled with navigating the interface, as it took me two days to discover how to move around the screen efficiently using the scroll wheel and right mouse button. Additionally, the process mapping symbols could benefit from standardization to improve usability and clarity for users who are new to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to consolidate all my work into one accessible place on a single screen. The simple functionality aids in workshop development and process mapping, and I appreciate the instant import of text, graphics, and photos.

Versatile Whiteboard with Easy Sharing but Limited Free Boards

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a digital whiteboard when teaching or reviewing concepts for my online high school science students, and I love the editable space it provides. It allows me to show students how to work out problems effectively and collaboratively by sharing the board with them and setting up practice exercises they can solve. I appreciate the variety of tools Miro offers, such as drawing, text boxes, and the ability to paste in images, which enriches my teaching experience. I also find it incredibly beneficial that the boards are shareable, permitting multiple users to edit them simultaneously. This feature enhances our interactive learning sessions significantly. Moreover, I found Miro easy to use right away, which made the transition seamless and stress-free. This ease of use, combined with its robust functionality, makes me consistently recommend Miro to others, giving it a solid 10 out of 10 in my recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more than 3 editable boards with the free account. The restriction of only having 3 editable boards makes it difficult to manage my teaching materials efficiently. I find it cumbersome that once a board is set to 'View Only' mode, reverting it back to editable isn't straightforward. This limitation affects my flexibility in deciding which boards I want to keep editable. A more intuitive selection process for choosing which boards should remain editable would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create an editable space for teaching, allowing me to collaborate with students and set up practice exercises. It replaces less effective digital whiteboards and offers diverse tools like drawing, text boxes, and images, enhancing interactive learning.

Helps me keep my thoughts on one page. From ideas to workflow to screen design

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creative scheduling and coordination, making it an essential tool for managing budgets, timelines, and the visual and logistical tasks for each collaborator. I love all the add-ons that Miro offers, as they enhance the capabilities of the software significantly. The sticky notes and flexible programs stand out to me, allowing for a dynamic approach to planning and visual communication. Switching from platforms like Excel, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook to Miro has been a positive change for me. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, facilitating a smooth transition and setup process overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the customization and labeling options in Miro could be greater, as I can't always change all the wording or programming in the templates. Additionally, while I am generally comfortable with Miro, some Excel-style functions could be improved to enhance flexibility. Furthermore, even though the initial setup is easy, some people struggle to access or engage with my Miro workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually communicate complex plans, enhancing creative scheduling and coordination involving budget, timelines, and tasks for collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes building visuals easy and fast, significantly cutting down the time I spend on creating visuals. The ease of use is particularly impressive, as it allows me to navigate the tool without any hassle. Additionally, the ability to create and save templates is incredibly efficient, benefiting me greatly by making repetitive tasks more manageable. This feature is especially valuable since I often have to recreate visuals for each new project or client, and templates ensure consistency and uniformity in design every time, saving a lot of time. The process of creating and linking visual elements is straightforward and quick, making Miro a time-saving and efficient tool for my needs. The initial setup was also very easy, and I find the overall experience with Miro to be highly satisfactory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Miro could enhance its offerings by including an AI feature that suggests initial templates or designs based on descriptions. Additionally, a tool to make boxes and elements a uniform size, spacing, and layout easily would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes building visuals easy and fast, saving time on creating flow charts and diagrams. The templates streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring uniform designs and improving efficiency for me and my colleagues.

Exceptionally Easy to Use and Intuitive

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and the intuitive UX which is really fun and welcoming.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it gets more complex, it can be difficult to explain to first time users. In addition, the product at some times can "lag" requiring refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with groups in collaboration, and often use MIRO as a whiteboard and then with structure. We can add our special canvases as overlays and then work on them together with colleagues/teams.

Effortless Collaboration and Beautiful Boards with Miro

  • December 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super easy to use, and beautiful to work with. It's very simple to create nice looking, interactive boards to work on interactively with colleagues, and is also wonderful to just map out my own thinking on an infinite canvas and keep my thoughts organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love almost everything about Miro! The only thing our users tend to need help with are the sharing settings and what those mean. Particularly, I find I need to remind them to consider who has been invited to their group/team in Miro before creating a board intended only for their team to see. People sometimes will add users to their groups from other departments because "it's easier that way" and then forget those people can see everything they make for their groups. I don't think this is Miro's fault, by the way, I just wish it was maybe easier for people to review who can see their boards under different sharing settings more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro was essential for us when we were conducting needs assessments for new software tools, like our CRM. It made it so easy to collect information from different teams about the data they collect and share, the types of clients they work with, and what their bottle necks were. We were able to create easy-to-read process maps, too, and it was all done with very little babysitting from us in IT as it was so intuitive for the users to work with. We've also used Miro to create network diagrams to make sense of our networks, and to create workflows to map out automations that we've developed.
