Effortless Visual Collaboration and Brainstorming

  • December 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes it really easy to brainstorm and collaborate visually with others.
The infinite canvas and ready-made templates help ideas flow quickly.
It’s also simple for everyone to work together in real time, even if they’re not very technical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit heavy, and large boards take time to load.
It can also get cluttered quickly if many people are adding things at once.
A few features are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize ideas and work with my team in a clear, visual way.
It makes planning, brainstorming, and mapping workflows much easier than using documents or slides.
Because everyone can edit the board together, it speeds up collaboration and keeps everyone aligned.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows me to have multiple topics on a single screen with easy navigation. I appreciate the functionality that supports both synchronous and asynchronous collective work, which is really useful for my team. I also enjoy following the activity that other people are doing. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and intuitive, which was very convenient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if there is an option to block a component to prevent others from editing something you have done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro resolves synchronous and asynchronous collective work, and centralizes comments on screen drafts, improving team collaboration.

Easy Collaboration with Room for AI Improvement

  • December 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for collaboration on projects with my colleagues, and it makes the complete customer conversation journey easier. The collaboration has become very easy, and the templates help navigate the discussion. I like the UI and the ease of use, as it's easy to explain to someone who doesn't know Miro, making collaboration a cakewalk. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when the document becomes heavy, it is difficult to navigate. The AI features need improvement in terms of workflow creation. The workflow that comes out is not smooth; it needs more intelligence.

Versatile Tool, Great Collaboration with Minor Improvements Needed

  • December 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for typing and creating dashboards similar to Tableau, and engineering flows, which I can review later and share with others. For qualitative data analysis, I find sticky notes useful, and the AI feature for clustering and summarization is really helpful. I also enjoy the collaboration features for team meetings. It helps me get things organized better, and I appreciate that you can present your work and have a repository to check and share with other teams, gaining insights. The templates are really useful when starting new projects, especially for prototyping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when I'm doing dashboards of prototyping for Tableau, it would be helpful if there were more external items that you can choose from. Currently, it's limited because you have to enter manually in a table. Sometimes Miro can be laggy or slow. We found trying to do project tracking in Miro really difficult and painful, so we ended up using another tool for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organizing dashboards, engineering flows, and qualitative data analysis. It helps me review and share work, collaborates in meetings, and benefits from templates for prototyping. The AI feature for clustering and summarization is particularly useful.

Collaborative boards have streamlined sprint retrospectives and made presentation planning efficient

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Miro Business - Enterprise is to facilitate our retrospectives and coordinate on presentations.

A specific example of how I've used Miro Business - Enterprise for a retrospective is that it is convenient being able to see all of the different cards our retrospective team members might input, including the sticky notes and other elements.

I do not have anything else to add about how I'm using Miro Business - Enterprise or any other ways my team collaborates on it.

What is most valuable?

The best features Miro Business - Enterprise offers is that you can have several boards.

Having several boards does help my team organize different projects or topics, though the organization is somewhat random, and we might need it when we prepare for a presentation or if we have a retrospective at the end of every sprint.

Miro Business - Enterprise has positively impacted my organization because we are able to have a platform to coordinate for retrospectives. This change has made meetings much more efficient because everything is on the board, people know what to do, people know how to reflect, and it is very convenient the way we have our retrospective set up on the board.

What needs improvement?

I wish Miro Business - Enterprise had dark mode.

Besides dark mode, there is no other change or addition I would like to see. The main improvement on my mind is dark mode.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Miro Business - Enterprise for approximately one to two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Miro Business - Enterprise is stable for me, with no issues regarding downtime or performance.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Miro Business - Enterprise's scalability is good and it can handle growing teams or larger projects easily.

How are customer service and support?

I have not needed to reach out to customer support with Miro Business - Enterprise.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We use Lucidchart as well and we did not switch; we use both for retrospectives or presentations.

What was our ROI?

I'm sure Miro Business - Enterprise has saved us time, but I do not have a specific example.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing Miro Business - Enterprise, I evaluated other options including Lucidchart and Mural.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others looking into using Miro Business - Enterprise is that there is a free version, so go ahead and try it. My company does not have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer. I would rate this product an eight out of ten.

Intuitive Whiteboard with Powerful Connectors

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the connectors in Miro. They allow me to take something I've just drawn or thought about and connect it back to some type of team workload component. I also discovered Miro's ability to remove backgrounds, which I find very helpful for planning or vision boarding, like for a presentation slide or a piece of graphic work. Miro makes it easy to remove stuff, like pulling an icon and getting rid of its background super fast so it doesn't look abnormal on my draft. With Miro being connected to all these different tools, I can do work in one place without having to reproduce it elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is like a lot of tools today, in that you don't know about some of its awesome features until you spend time with it. This isn't just a reflection on just Miro, but is rather an issue with a lot of tools and systems in general. For example, I didn't initially know about the connectors Miro has or features like AI background removal. I discovered those on my own with time. Again, that may have been a fault of my own though, as I don't recall any kind of getting started guide, but very well may have closed that haphazardly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro to be an intuitive whiteboard that facilitates collaboration and enables me to transform ideas into tangible outcomes. The connectors are crucial, integrating workflows so I don't need to duplicate work across different platforms.

Powerful, User-Friendly Canvas with Impressive Features

  • December 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The canvas is easy to use and extremely powerful for designing and planning solutions, even with a large group of people. The available apps and plug-ins are useful for accessing more advanced features, and the AI functionality works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to pricing, it would be great if there were options that better support non-frequent users and small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO makes it easier to collaborate effectively, especially during large-scale sessions like big room (PI) planning. It is also a powerful tool for delivering interactive training sessions.
