  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's clean UI that doesn't really get in the way, making it easy to share. It also gets the job done effectively. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think load time could be improved. I think the way in which entities point to each other can sometimes be wonky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for sharing system architecture diagrams with coworkers remotely, async. I appreciate its clean UI that's easy to share and not really in the way.

Effortless Collaboration with Miro

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mostly for creating user flow maps, tree maps, and sometimes basic wireframes. It really solves the problem of real-time collaboration online, not having to rely on asynchronous communication. I appreciate that it's easy to use, and I enjoy the real-time collaboration feature. Plus, I find the free account very beneficial; it allowed me to make a full-fledged tree map to showcase the tool's value. The initial setup was very easy too, which I liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to drop collaborators links to join the board without creating an account. I had some people not participate in mapping exercises because they didn't want to make an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for real-time collaboration, solving the problem of relying on asynchronous communication. I appreciate the ease of use and free account, which allowed me to create a detailed tree map showcasing the tool's value.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize and create different workflows for different clients, which helps with credibility and confidence with my clients so that they are aware that I understand how their program works. Miro is intuitive and easy for the end user to navigate, making it easier for me to understand a client's workflow. The initial setup was easy, and once I was logged in, the platform was intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be frustrating to not have the lines be flat and having to tinker with the platform a good bit to make things look how I want them to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to understand clients' workflows and to confidently communicate insights back to them, boosting credibility. Its intuitive platform and customization options for different clients make it valuable.

I love that Miro is like a large interactive board, which is perfect for our weekly team meetings. I particularly appreciate the fact that the platform is interactive, because even without being in person, everyone can participate or manage the meeting. Additionally, the ability to add post-it notes is a plus.

Enhances Team Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro helps me flow and organize my thoughts without having to worry about drawing shapes and connecting lines like in a traditional design tool. It just works. The opinionated defaults are great; with just a click, I can add another rectangle connected with an arrow, maintaining the same styling, which makes the experience smoother. I've been using Miro for years, and the initial setup was good with nothing to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro components aren’t particularly beautiful by default. While this is fine for most use cases, I’d love to see stronger visual defaults out of the box. Tables can also be a bit difficult to work with at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize and structure my thinking visually, brainstorm with teammates, and collaborate. The simple, opinionated defaults remove a lot of overhead and make it easy to focus on ideas rather than execution.

Versatile Templates Offer Great Customization, But Room for Improvement

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The many templates and options to make a variety of highly customizable visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little frustrating that organizations share the 3 miro board limit when trying it out on the free version. I don't want to delete my co-workers' board when I want a new space. (I often end up going to my personal account instead.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping share vision and roadmaps within a team by creating collaborative visuals.

Essential Tool for Brainstorming and Organization

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can zoom out as much as I need to, so I don't feel constrained at the start to know what format I want to be working in. It's easy to use, which makes it easy to see what I'm working on at a glance. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get Miro confused with Milanote and Mural since they all start with 'M'. Not sure if there's a widget or something that could integrate with other tools I use to remind me it's there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me get ideas out of my head and organize them into logical categories. I like that I can zoom out to see everything at a glance, making it easy to work without feeling constrained, and the interface is easy to use.

Visual and Intuitive Platform That Keeps Everything Organized

  • January 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
it is very visual and intuitive to use. I can see everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
because zooming in and out is so easy sometimes is difficult to asses the size of something. so at times I use a very small or really big font or write down with the ipad and don't notice how unproportional things can be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making a digital notebook of sorts, but one that is hybrid and I can include other media and share with others.
