Engaging Training with Stellar Features
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that Miro helped us have an interactive and engaging training. It's easy to work with and has a lot of cool features. I also love the button feature where you can press to start following your trainer's movements, which helps stay on track, especially on a massive Miro board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I constantly got logged out and had to log in. If I didn't use Miro for a day, I had to type the password to get into the Miro board, and that slowed me down from time to time.

An intuitive tool that helps ideas flow and teams collaborate effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how intuitive and user-friendly it is. The tool lets me set aside any concerns about its mechanics and concentrate entirely on my ideas. Rather than disrupting my creative process, it actually enhances it—my thoughts are able to flow smoothly, free from friction or distraction. It truly feels like a space where I can think, organize, and explore ideas without anything hindering my inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could use enhancement is the way tables are handled. Since I frequently work with data, I need to paste and visually organize information to analyze it and determine my next steps. Unfortunately, Miro’s current table functionality feels too limited for these needs, so I often find myself switching to Excel whenever I deal with structured data. If Miro improved its table and data management features, it would become an even more valuable tool for my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of capturing, organizing, and sharing ideas in a clear and collaborative manner. It proves particularly useful when collaborating remotely with team members, as it simplifies brainstorming, sharing concepts, and initiating discussions from the ground up. Because of this, working together feels more intuitive and productive, making Miro an indispensable tool in my daily workflow, whether I’m working alone or as part of a team.
Intuitive Interface, Perfect for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for Sprint planning and retrospectives and as a visual aid for individual projects. I like how it makes it easy to collaborate with my teammates and helps organize my thoughts. The minimalist design keeps the focus on the content, and the clear interface makes it easy to create boards, invite members, and start collaborating immediately. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend Miro to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
As boards grow, it can feel complex or cluttered or harder to navigate.

Miro makes it easy to collaborate with my teammates and helps in organizing my thoughts.
Making workshops and planning sessions is now more structured and engaging
What do you like best about the product?
I prefer Miro in making brainstorming and planning more involving to the entire team. The manner in which you are able to visualize the ideas and interlink them provides an ease of finding patterns and arranging thoughts. I usually combine it with Slack and project planning applications to keep the conversations going. This is particularly useful when we are in a workshop or a creative session, and we have to think of a variety of ideas within a short period and retain all of the people participating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I have realized is that boards can be visually cluttered in case too many people are posting simultaneously. It may be challenging to find certain notes or follow what ideas are being developed and this delays group exercises. This does not prevent any collaboration but sometimes it makes the discussions seem somewhat disorganized particularly when the planning session is larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro manages the issue of incoherent ideas and cloudy planning in the team projects. It creates a common visual board where all can make contributions thus making the discussions maintain order and nothing is left out. This has accelerated the process of brainstorming as well as made it more organized, has enabled teams to be more decisive and lessened the necessity of clarification after meetings.
Effortlessly Collaborative and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming, mapping out processes, and making workshop material. It's an easy tool to visualize processes with diagrams and a great collaborative tool for working with colleagues. I like the easy-to-understand UI/UX because even clients can learn and use it quickly, allowing us to interact and gather feedback easily. Miro is also a great source to centralize resources, which helps me access everything easily when creating strategies. I appreciate its many functions like uploading PowerPoint presentations and printing all slides to view simultaneously, which is helpful when strategising with multiple sources of information.

I use Miro for CX journeys, UI mapping, and meetings with my team. I appreciate having one source of truth where everyone can put their comments and ideas in one place. I find Miro easy to use and great for collaboration. I like the ability to use existing templates, which helps us jump in straight away. The initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus for us.

Perfect for Team Collaboration and Effortless Planning
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is ideal for creating plans and collaborating on ideas with my team. It allows me to clearly communicate my thoughts, outline how things will function, and engage with existing content seamlessly. The user experience is highly intuitive—most features operate as expected, and I found that I hardly needed any tutorials to start using all the basic functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is attempting to add AI features, but at this stage, they don't seem to provide any real benefit. Right now, it just feels like unnecessary bloat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many other software options don't offer this degree of versatility.
Effortless Team Collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the instant comments will be shown to everyone on the project board. This feature allows everyone to see the comments and collaborate to resolve them on the spot or resend them to the assigned people. It's also very easy to set up Miro, which I find convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whiteboard is very, very huge. And it's very hard for the beginner to start unless they have some tutorial. A fast tutorial on it would make everything easy.
