Facilitate Collaboration and Simplicity of Use

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using Miro and the ability to make real-time changes. This helps to get the whole team collaborating in a single space and writing on notes what each person thinks, facilitating activities like brainstorming and sprint retrospectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I would improve in Miro is the organization of the boards. Sometimes, individual boards end up becoming chaotic when everything is done on the same board. The solution would have to be the creation of new boards, but within the same board, there could be flags or sub-separators to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate in a single space and write notes on what we think.

Boosts Team Collaboration, Templates Shine

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the number of templates available in Miro, especially the community templates, as they are really helpful in improving productivity. These templates come in handy when I need to quickly sketch but still want a structured approach. I also love the organization board because it allows me to see my team working simultaneously, which is great for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just the fact that it has tons and tons of features and sometimes for a beginner in Miro it's hard to actually find what we really need. I can say that the learning curve can be a little bit hard, but it's a minor problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me express my ideas in a structured way without losing them, making it easy to explain to my team. The organization board improves collaboration by showing everyone's thoughts and progress.

Intuitive and Essential for Hybrid Work

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorms and creating live-feeling presentations at my branding agency. Miro makes hybrid and remote working on projects significantly easier, and it's become an essential tool for our business. It captures everything from initial ideas and brainstorming to finished concepts and presentations. I like how intuitive it is; the interface is easy to understand, and you can get to grips with it quickly. There isn't much of a learning curve for everyday usage. A couple of minutes on the tutorial was sufficient for me. I also like the interface with its bright, open feel, which makes the experience of using it positive and freeing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel that the options to add text to the board are a little restrictive/difficult. It's not always easy to make text look good, especially if it's longer, so I'll sometimes switch to PPT and import slides from there. I'd also like it if the sticky notes were more flexible in size and had more type customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make hybrid and remote working easier. It tracks project flow from brainstorming to presentations and is an essential tool for our business.

Perfect for Visual Projects and Flexibility

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost every day as it's one of the best tools to set up a project, especially as an artist in animation. I like Miro's ergonomy as well as the way it allows me to arrange pictures. The platform is very fluid, and its features are perfect to quickly arrange a bunch of pictures of different sizes. Also, the initial setup of Miro was super easy. I've been using Miro for a long time, even back when it was called Realtime Board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrangement of pictures could be even more advanced. It would be nice to create a grid with different size images but with no gaps between them. I would like to have a mosaic type of arrangement instead of just a grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of space and readability in references I need for my animation projects. Its ergonomic design and fluid features allow me to quickly arrange pictures of different sizes, enhancing my workflow.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating design and prototyping and I appreciate its versatility and the integrated AI that comes along with it. It solves the problem of unreliable whiteboard software, and working with a team is easier in Miro because no other integrations are needed. I also like that it provides a variety of collections and templates. Miro's versatility and flexibility were key reasons for switching from Canva, and I find its initial setup quite easy, rating it a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could add transitions and animations or even video editing and color swapping technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of unreliable whiteboard software and makes teamwork easier. It's versatile and integrates AI, providing a variety of collections and templates without needing other integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the different features that Miro has. I especially enjoy being able to use a variety of tools, like emojis, lines, and stacks. The chronmetre and the music I can use during presentations are also great, and the boards I can create are truly amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any specific aspect that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me save time and create boards that are really clear and easy to use. I also like that I can modify them at any moment. Before Miro, I used Canva, but it wasn’t the right fit for the type of work I had to do. Now I have a lot more useful tools to get the job done.

Being a scrum master, Miro is my one-stop solution for all my important scrum activities - Retros, Quarterly Planning, Architecture/Design discussion, Roadmap discussion, and so on. It is very easy to onboard people into the board, and they can start right off the bat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. But I wish it could have a bit more Retro templates (you can refer to metro retro :D )

I use Miro to visualise, organize and facilitate all my important Scrum activities -

Retros, Quarterly Planning, Architecture/Design discussion, Roadmap discussion, and so on.

Efficient and Versatile Presentation Tool with Room for Improvement

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro has its own AI integrated right into the software, making it super easy to use. It's the best whiteboard software in the market, and I appreciate the vast number of templates available, which are free to use. This makes creating mind maps or notes a breeze, saving me time and the cost of designing. Miro is versatile and allows me to work on various projects without having to worry about changing designs or ratios. The initial setup was straightforward; we just logged in, signed up, and immediately began collaborating as a team. This ease of use and all-in-one functionality helped my team transition from Canva to Miro, making our workflow faster and more efficient. Overall, Miro feels like a hacked version of Canva with more capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transitions in Miro for presentation slides are very rough. I think Miro could improve the transition features. While presenting, there should be transitions that make changing slides smoother, maybe add a transition that's classy or formal for a smooth transition from one slide to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for making presentations and visualizing timelines effectively. It helps in saving time with prebuilt templates and efficient designs. My team switched to Miro for its ease of use and versatility, allowing us to work faster and more efficiently.

Effortlessly Aligns Teams with Intuitive Design

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming and project solution design. I like that it allows cross-functional teams to visualize workflows, which reduces gaps and ensures alignment and scope. I appreciate the ease of use of the interface and templates. The consistent UX and the frames feature make it easy to organize working diagrams, parking lot ideas, and other artifacts. The templates are great for inspiration and quick setup. The initial setup of Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ability to export to Mermaid would be good as well as better export options for large diagrams to make printing easier. There's also a bit of a learning curve for people new to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows cross-functional teams to visualize workflows and reduce gaps to ensure alignment and scope.
