Visual Mapping Made Easy with Miro

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to create workflows and prototypes, and it makes it easy for stakeholders to understand complex ideas through visual maps rather than documents. It's a breeze to use for system diagrams, business process diagrams, and flowcharts, giving me the flexibility to detail using sticky notes and other tools. I love the preselected set of templates in Miro, which almost addresses all the use cases I need. The collaboration feature is a game changer, allowing multiple people in the organization to work on a single board. It reduces turnaround times and is ideal for asynchronous work, removing the dependency on many meetings. The templates for Roadmap Planning and Tracking are particularly useful for keeping the business updated and everyone in the loop on what is planned, ongoing, or required. The onboarding was easy and buttery, making me quickly familiar with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for mermaid scripting, and suggesting improvements to boards to make them more easy to understand were things I would have loved to have. It would have made it amazing. Somewhere I also like the whimsical UI as it feels a bit easier to use over Miro sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating workflows and prototypes, simplifying stakeholder communication. It helps with rapid system mapping, presentations, and offers collaboration on a single board, reducing meeting dependency.

Universal Tool with Easy Sharing, Lacks Spreadsheet Options

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a universal tool to manage and develop my marketing ideas. I love its universal approach because I can make prototypes, boards, roadmaps, analysis, and other stuff. It's easy to use and easy to share, and the flexibility of formats opens new ways for me to collect and share knowledge with my team. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the service works fine and cool. I rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The spreadsheets and tables in Miro aren't good enough. They don't have enough options to format them. I can manage the font size and set up colors and the size of cells, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a universal tool to manage marketing ideas, keep information, and share it with teammates. It's easy to use and flexible, opening new ways to collect and share knowledge within my team.

Efficient Workflow with Room for Access Control Improvement

  • January 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use and offers some templates that I can utilize. This means I don't have to spend too much time creating everything from scratch, which saves me a lot of time, especially at the very beginning. Setting up Miro was pretty straightforward, and having used it in my previous job, I didn't encounter any issues. I also appreciate how it makes collaboration more transparent and efficient by allowing team members to leave comments and track changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess sometimes our access control is a bit tricky. I don't know if anyone makes any changes or if they misclick, my file, and then some of the things get removed. I don't know how to keep track of all the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro increases transparency and efficiency by letting my team note details and leave comments easily, streamlining our workflow.

Flexibility and Functionality Redefined with Miro

  • January 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create notes, shapes, and connect them to organize unorganized data in Miro. The tables, PDFs, and text fields are very functional and a blessing in disguise. The table option is especially helpful because I have a lot of data to compare and organize, and it allows me to reorganize whenever needed. Switching to Miro from Todoist has been a great decision because Miro is a lot more flexible and extensive. Getting started with Miro was very easy, it's basically like connecting sticky notes. I would rate my likelihood to recommend Miro as a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Miro could improve by incorporating AI in a meaningful way. If it could automatically create flowcharts based on the data I provide, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for structuring data into proper flowcharts and managing my team. It helps me easily create and connect notes, organize unstructured data, and compare and reorganize data with tables.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for AWS Cloud Architectural Designs and team collaborative working sessions. The integration with Jira is fantastic, especially the sticky note feature that lets us automatically create Jira tickets. It saves us time and makes our workflow more efficient as we're able to experience the advantages of Miro without duplicating effort in Jira. I also like that Miro brings many people together in a single place and allows for collaboration on a virtually endless board. It's great that other team members are familiar with Miro too, which makes teamwork smoother. Also, the initial setup of Miro was very easy for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Continue expanding on your DevOps-related integrations, your Jira integrations and Agile/SAFE framework integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize ideas, allowing multiple people to collaborate seamlessly. The board's endless space and Jira integration save time and enhance collaboration, so we don't need to duplicate work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and speed of Miro, as well as the strong AI integration that requires minimal human adjustment. Your AI is truly impressive and allows for almost perfect results. Additionally, the text creation and the ability to create documents associated with the boards keep everything in one place instead of having a separate Word document. I also appreciate the AI module and the additional layout options like color transparency. The initial setup experience with Miro was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to declare for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create processes and flowcharts with simplicity and speed, thanks to its AI integration. The creation of text and documents associated with the boards allows me to keep everything in one place.

A Versatile Tool for Seamless Collaboration

  • January 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for a variety of tasks like project planning, workshopping, and brainstorming. It's a great collaboration tool that allows gathering inputs in real time or asynchronously, which is super helpful for managing distributed teams across different time zones. I love the ready-to-use templates that save time on creating from scratch, and they often need little to no changes. The AI integration is a huge help in categorizing and segregating notes, reducing manual efforts so I can focus on the actual work. The video recording feature is cool for explaining things on the board and guiding people on how to engage with the board content. I also appreciate the ability to run Miro boards as presentations and the use of tables and word documents within a board. These features are very handy, and the number of features added in the last year has really taken Miro into a different league. The initial setup was very simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if the tables in Miro had more functionality, kind of like Smartsheet. Also, locking objects on the board to prevent them from being moved during a session isn't as intuitive as I'd like. A better way to manage this would be great. Plus, having some kind of integration with SharePoint would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a collaboration tool for gathering inputs in real-time or asynchronously, which is great for managing distributed teams. The AI features reduce manual work, and video recording helps explain board content effectively, saving time with ready-to-use templates.

Efficient Workflow Visualization with Real-Time Collaboration

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for building product roadmaps, creating process flow diagrams, and making site maps of our applications. Miro simplifies the complex process of mapping out timelines and dependencies when I'm constructing a roadmap that encompasses 20+ resources. The ability to collaborate in real time with my coworkers, from anywhere in the world, is also invaluable. I like most how easy it is to build out complex workflows with simple drag and drop actions, which is critical to building powerful visualizations to confirm requirements. When I'm running a meeting to define business or technical requirements, the entire group of attendees can make live updates to process flows to help everyone achieve a shared understanding. This collaboration is high-value, driving efficiency in the meeting when merely using words would take 5 times as long.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the AI function could better build process flows without needing as much handholding and explicit instruction from me. I understand this isn't an easy thing to do, but improving this function would be a powerful efficiency driver for me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies the complex process of creating roadmaps and dependencies involving 20+ resources. Real-time collaboration is invaluable, allowing live updates during meetings to achieve shared understanding and efficiency. Its drag-and-drop feature makes building complex workflows easy, aiding in visualizing and confirming requirements.

Streamlines Team Collaboration with Ease

  • January 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use, easy to share, and easy to learn. It's very visual, which is great for me since I'm a visual person. I enjoy organizing all my ideas in a visual manner with Miro. I also appreciate that it helps me organize ideas, tasks, and everything the team touches, making it a simple tool to use. I find the variety of templates very beneficial, and it supports collaboration by allowing everyone to contribute and work together. The initial setup was really easy too, just set up a project, add collaborators, and start working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that one good thing would be to have a feature in Miro to automatically generate prompts from flow drawings or prototypes using AI. It could enhance how we use visual content to develop ideas further. Additionally, I feel the presentation feature in Miro could be improved. It would be nice if we could easily transform Miro boards into Google Slides or have a more advanced presentation mode within Miro itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize ideas, tasks, and everything the team touches. It's simple to use, full of templates, and enhances collaboration by enabling everyone to work together easily.
