Miro Is a Game-Changer for Connected, Collaborative Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to share data in many ways. It connects to our CRM, Google Drive, and various AI components, and has been a game-changer for project planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes approaching a project can be overwhelming with the various different structures that they allow you to use and the vast amount of templates that they have available. You have to know what you're looking for. I would love to see it provide better recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helping me stay organized and efficient.
Simplified Design, Enhanced Collaborations with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom features and add-ins in Miro that simplify my workload. The custom features, especially in flowcharts, make the design look simpler and more time-efficient. The add-ins, like the recent AI feature, help summarize tasks and forecast potential issues. Miro is also more user-friendly compared to our previous method of tracking tasks using Excel. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I would give it a perfect 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies complex designs and helps summarize sprint retrospective insights. Its custom features and AI add-ins save time and forecast issues, enhancing productivity.
Versatile Templates That Bring Ideas to Life
What do you like best about the product?
Versatile templates that let you implement almost everything you have in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels laggy when there are two elements very close to each other, and it seems to get confused about which one to respond to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a very messy mind, and Miro helps me put everything that’s in there onto a sheet so I can see my priorities and everything more clearly. It also helps me notice things I wasn’t able to see when they were still inside my head.
Miro: The Infinite Studio Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for pre-production in animation, where it keeps everything in one place and balances organization, writing, and visual tools to explore all aspects of the production. I love that you can explore different aspects simultaneously with different people, which creates a sense of co-authorship and allows anyone to have input at any point. It's like an infinite studio whiteboard that helps keep everyone on the same page. Having everyone access the same information is really valuable. It also supports preemptive problem-solving while retaining creative decisions, and everyone having an understanding or awareness of each other and core goals makes everything smoother. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and even though some members have trouble navigating the boards, it's more about their effort to learn it. Overall, I'm likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague, rating it a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the free version for personal work, and many of the instances where I think it could be improved are probably solved by the paid version. I think it would be used more if we could use different aspects of the boards separately. For instance, the gantt charts work great, and it would be nice to be able to export these or send a link of them to a client where they can access and see solely the gantt chart as it is updated and modified, without showing them the entire boards and the inner logic of how everything works. Sometimes the boards might be used to explore technical information we don't want to share, and sometimes it's just a large amount of information that might overwhelm them. So having the ability to just send the gantt chart as a link, where it is still connected and updates would be amazing. The same might be said for locking frames to only specific users, for example if we have freelancers in, we might not want for them to have access to information under an NDA. But we may still want to let them access anything they may need to. though I would say I prefer everything to be open, It may just be a nice feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as an infinite studio whiteboard that keeps everything organized in one place, balancing organization, writing, and visuals. It helps with co-authorship and ensures everyone can contribute and stay informed, enabling smoother collaboration and early problem-solving in animation pre-production.

Miro Turns Collaboration into Clear, Fast Decisions
What do you like best about the product?
It allows teams to work together seamlessly, whether brainstorming, mapping processes, or aligning on strategy. The infinite canvas, intuitive drag-and-drop interface, and rich set of templates significantly speed up workshops and decision-making.
For me, the biggest value is how Miro connects people and ideas in one place—making discussions more structured, transparent, and productive, even across large or distributed teams.
For me, the biggest value is how Miro connects people and ideas in one place—making discussions more structured, transparent, and productive, even across large or distributed teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with large teams or long-term projects, navigation and structure can become difficult to maintain, which sometimes slows down productivity instead of supporting it.
Additionally, performance can occasionally lag on very large boards, especially when many users collaborate at the same time. Integration with other tools is useful, but it could be more seamless and better embedded into daily workflows.
Overall, these are not critical issues, but addressing them would significantly improve the experience for more advanced and large-scale use cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro, workshops and discussions were often fragmented across presentations, emails, and notes, which made it difficult to keep a clear overview and ensure alignment.
With Miro, we can structure discussions visually in one place, making it easier to map processes, define strategies, and capture decisions in real time. This has significantly improved clarity, engagement, and speed of decision-making.
In practice, it saves us hours of preparation and follow-up after workshops, and it ensures that all stakeholders stay aligned—even across different functions and locations.

Essential for Visualizing Complex Architectural Concepts
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because as a data engineer, it is great for creating data engineering diagrams, especially when working with AWS. It has all those AWS contexts like EMR and S3, which are needed. The diagrams are easy to connect. If Miro doesn’t have the diagrams I need, I can Google them and drag and drop them directly onto the Miro board, which is really handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the availability of diagrams can be improved. Most of the time, when I need diagrams related to data tools like DBT or Snowflake, I have to Google them and drag and drop them into Miro. This drag and drop process can be tedious, especially when I have a lot of tabs open and need to carefully choose where to drop my images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me communicate complex technical processes through diagrams in meetings with product teams or leadership, making it easier for them to understand my approach. It supports AWS architecture and data engineering, allowing seamless sharing and collaboration across teams.

Intuitive Visual Organization Tool for School and Work
What do you like best about the product?
I really like all of the options for diagrams in Miro and the flexibility to do everything from scratch according to whatever I need. The ability to put a lot of things from the same project in the same place is particularly helpful for me. Setting up Miro was very easy since it was very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This probably is because I have a free plan, but it even for a free plan, feels pretty limited. To only be able to have four different projects open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize ideas better and keeps things organized. I like the variety of diagram options and the ability to start from scratch, allowing me to consolidate everything from the same project in one workspace.
Miro Enhances My Work Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is perfect for collaborative or individual work. It allows you to create flowcharts, presentations, work structures, group dynamics, connect to other work tools (integrations), brainstorm with wireframes, and much more. Easy to use and navigate, it's a democratic tool that fits perfectly in an Information Technology context (which is my case), but also serves for personal use as an extension of the brain.
I love it, I use it every day and I highly recommend it :)

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload longer videos. When I'm analyzing research recordings, I need to split my screen in two: the video (in Dovetail, the platform I use for analysis) and the Miro frame. An integration with Dovetail would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to simple tables helped me immensely.
