What do you dislike about the product?
More recently I have found the performance of Miro both in browser and app form to be slower than it used to be. I feel like there has potentially been feature-creep which has slowed down the responsiveness of the core interface.
Sometimes diagramming, which is one of my core uses, isn't ideal, such as arrows and lines snapping to the wrong elements of boxes. However I do trust that Miro development is responsive and continually improving things.

Miro: Intuitive Collaboration with Stellar Initial Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for planning, architecture, project overview, and sprint reviews, basically anything that needs a whiteboard, even when not working remotely. What I like most about Miro is its collaborative nature and the intuitive UI and UX. It solves problems by keeping information centralized as a single source of truth. It's also easy to share and collaborate on. Miro offers tools for making nice-looking documents, providing just enough to accomplish what you want without becoming confusing. The initial setup was one of the best I’ve seen so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more shapes and diagrams. You could also include icons such as Hero icons or Font Awesome.

Empowers Global Teams with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and the overall experience of Miro. It's really helpful to be able to come into a tool that's user friendly. I've used MURAL before, and Miro is a lot more user friendly and has a nice user interface. I enjoy using all the different tools Miro offers for a variety of tasks. It's fun and easy to work with, which is great, especially when thinking creatively. This user-friendliness allows even those with varying levels of tech literacy in our organization to figure out how to use it pretty easily. I also like that it's a great tool with a lot of flexibility, accommodating different working styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro seems to run pretty heavy on low bandwidth environments, making it difficult for some people to participate seamlessly. It doesn't load well in places with weak Wi-Fi, which is a big challenge. Also, though I like the flexibility Miro offers, sometimes there's too much flexibility, which can be a hindrance for project management tasks like Kanban that require more structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming and ideation, solving collaboration challenges with our global team. It helps us work asynchronously across time zones, providing a flexible space for everyone to contribute.
Versatile Templates Make Personal Organization Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility! Lots of differnet options to choose from in terms of workflow templates and personal organization templates. Helps me keep track of projects and deadlines!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more of an emphasis on individual organization. I would really love a journal template that I could flip pages on. This would be great for daily note taking; the only thing I could really find was just sheets of "stick notes." I feel like an interactive journal template would be really useful! I understand that that is not the actual use for your platform that the Miro team envisions. Understand that the purpose of more focused on product designing, and project workflows. However, your platform has so many possibilities to it. It is basically my desk on a virtual format. There is so many things that could be added to benefit my work individually, rather than just a collaborative working environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personal organization. I like to keep my desk clean, and Miro offers the ability to put my personal work on a canvas that I can adjust in any way, shape. or form. I plan to incroporate a collaborative workspace for my team to keep track of larger, big ticket account items in the future!
AI Integration Supercharges Productivity and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
THe AI integration has significantly helpd with creating many artefacts, earlier we used a lot of the templates, now, AI along with the templets make it even better and faster in getting things done
What do you dislike about the product?
It does disconnect a lot some times, and takes a few minutes to bring us back to editing the board.
The way in which the invites work, we face challenges when we try to bring in people from other teams to edit and they might not have be ableto to edit even though they are from the same company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an infinite canvas where designers can quickly sketch ideas, create mood boards, and organize visual references. This makes it easy to collaborate in real time with team members, regardless of location, fostering creativity and alignment early in the design process. it helps with seamless transitions between ideation, wireframing, and execution. This reduces context switching and keeps all design artifacts connected in one place. Miro offers templates for user flows, journey maps, and service blueprints. Designers can visually map out experiences, identify pain points, and iterate quickly, ensuring user-centric solutions before moving into high-fidelity design.
Effortless Idea Visualization Without Drawing Skills Needed
What do you like best about the product?
It is a super cool assistant to convert my ideas into a presentable form. No need to be a pro drawer, but can make impressive representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Diagrams are not resizable. Once I am done with the diagram, I was not able to resize it to my frame
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I don't need to speak a big lecture, but can show this diagram and just walk through. Ideas are expressed very clean.

Straightforward Platform with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I generally like the features in terms of how easy it is to use. It's very easy for someone else to just intuitively use all the different types of tools. I was able to do workshops with a big group of people on it where they can all immediately just copy paste something and then learn quickly how to create some kind of a visual or do a brainstorm mind map type of thing. These are some of the best tools that Miro has, and they are so far better than others. Even though Canva has these types of features, I just feel like Canva has a lot more going on there. When it comes to sharing with other people, I find Miro to be the most straightforward type of platform. It's really easy to just put a file on there or copy paste a file without issues with the different types of file extensions. The templates make it easy to copy paste something and know that this idea connects to that idea with just a very simple link. The right-click features are very on point, offering what you would usually need. In general, I find it less of a hassle than other types of platforms. I find the setup with Miro probably the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of things that Miro can't do, which is quite annoying. The one thing that drove me insane is not being able to do a gradient fill for shapes. It's not clear to me when sharing files with others, especially regarding what they can and can't do. I couldn't figure out how to give proper access to someone outside my team. It would be amazing if I could change colors on screenshots like Photoshop does. The sharing and permissions system is also confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to share visual files with creative partners, enabling us to easily navigate the board, collaborate, and comment, even when we’re not in the same team.
All-In-One Visual Workflow Enhancer
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for storyboarding and making slides for pitches to clients. I love that it has everything in one place with a beautiful design. It basically has everything you would ever need. I particularly value the 'add image from Finder' feature because I can drag images directly from anywhere to Miro, and almost every format is compatible. The graphic interface is amazing and was a big reason my team switched from Notion to Miro. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes images are too large, I could use a larger capacity since I work with FullHD images. You could put a resize inside to compress it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps everything in one place with a beautiful design. I use it for storyboarding and making slides. I appreciate the image compatibility feature where I can drag images directly into Miro.
