Streamlined Product Management with Miro's All-in-One Toolkit

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro has multiple tools available in one place for me to use, instead of having to navigate and use multiple tools. The recent addition of AI tools is just excellent, especially for creating PowerPoint presentations. I just ask Miro to create slides, and it does a great job. It actually creates beautiful slides from a script I provide. It really simplifies and enhances my work process. The initial setup of Miro was also seamless and took less than a minute. I use Miro alongside Microsoft Teams, which works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro consolidates tools in one platform, saving me from using multiple ones. I also use its AI to efficiently create PowerPoint presentations and slides from scripts.

Smooth and Easy Brainstorming with Miro

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how easy it makes working with others. It feels like a shared whiteboard where everyone can jump in, move things around, and build ideas together in real time. The endless canvas and ready-made templates make it simple to go from a messy brainstorm to something actually useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small drawback of Miro is that boards can become a bit cluttered if they grow too large, which can make navigation slightly tricky. It can also feel a little slow on very complex boards or older devices, some useful features are only available in the paid plans, which might be a limitation for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of working together when people aren’t in the same place. Instead of long messages or scattered ideas, everything is in one shared space. For me, that means it’s easier to brainstorm, organize thoughts, and stay aligned with others. It saves time and makes teamwork feel more smooth and clear.

Miro’s Unlimited Canvas and Real-Time Collaboration Power Our Workshops

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The unlimited canvas and real-time editing capabilities of Miro have the highest utility for collaborative planning. Having been used professionally for two years now, the ability to use journey maps and voting helps in aligning the workshop's output without the need for additional applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to organize boards with an infinite canvas in two years of regular professional use due to scattered items in the absence of an imposed organization format and slower performance due to heavy content such as many frames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To resolve the problem of dispersed ideas and lack of remote collaboration, Miro has an infinite canvas and live editing capabilities as well as the use of templates. As a result, Miro helps convert workshops into structured outputs such as journey maps when used professionally.

Reliability and Visual Appeal with Seamless Diagram Management

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it is the quickest, most reliable, and visually appealing place to create, save, and manage my diagrams. The reliability and consistency of the UI/UX stand out to me, and I appreciate its ability to handle multimodal data and offer a plethora of import/export options. I spend less time moving things around and battling with the placement of elements, so I can focus more on getting my ideas into an easily readable diagram. Although I might not push the platform to its limits, for what I use it for, it can't be beaten.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is the quickest, most reliable, visually appealing place to create, save, and manage my diagrams. I spend less time moving things around and more time getting my ideas into an easily readable diagram.

Empowers Real-Time Team Collaboration, But Needs Better Login Management

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its effective collaboration features, allowing us to work together in real time, be productive, and for everyone to implement their ideas without losing knowledge. I also enjoy its creative design elements that help in designing good solutions during teamwork. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with usability and remembering user when logging in—I have to sign in too many times even though the website is still open. It would be nice to have an option where the user can opt in for a 'remember me' feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with collaboration, creative thinking, and problem illustration in lectures and teamwork. We work in real-time, stay productive, and everyone can contribute ideas without losing track.

Perfect for Collaborative, Iterative Teamwork in a Digital Workplace

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That it's collaborative and allows for iterations, discussion and team activities. Perfect for digital driven work environment where me and a lot of collegues I work with are not in the same office
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face technical difficulties of the screen being frozen or stuck, especially when sharing my content via teams. Not sure if it's a Miro problem though! I wished it also had more integration to other useful tools such as Figma or Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro I think a lot of collaborative work was via various chat forums or in a google doc, it was quite difficult to manage as notes, feedback and insights where scattered all over the place. I think Miro has done a great job in consolidating all those needs

Seamless Collaboration, Minor Lag Issues

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro provides a space where we can collaborate seamlessly and share all kinds of media all in one space. It's much better than a written shared document, where the information is only linear. The ability to share images, videos, clips, documents, text excerpts, and websites all in one place allows us to get more work done in less time, which is essential for our fully remote team. I appreciate how Miro's 3-dimensional and visual setup is perfect for video storyboarding, unlike Google Docs, which didn't suit our needs as it's just linear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application gets laggy when the board gets too big. Usually it is at around 5000 items when the boards stop being useful, and we have to move our ideas to a new board. Then, there is the lack of sticker emojis; I would like to see more of them or have the option to create my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives us a collaborative space where we can seamlessly share media and work fully remotely, saving time and organizing our workflow efficiently.

Intuitive Visual Tool with Room for Improvement

  • April 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro as it helps me organize creative ideas, plans, and thoughts like a virtual whiteboard. It acts as a free-form board that is easy to edit and has intuitive features for visual learners like me. I appreciate its super easy-to-use and intuitive UI. It's super visual, which is exactly what I want from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to export sections as a JPEG or PDF for distributing them. For example, our company hierarchy chart was something we just screenshotted instead of exporting and I wish I could have gotten it in higher resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize creative ideas and plans. It's like a virtual whiteboard that's easy to edit and intuitive for visual learners like me.
