The best solution to work together on a broad range of subject, and it work remote !!
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to learn, and use miro. And the speed of the site itself, even with a lot of content, the miro never lag or crashes. You never lose all your work. Miro is saving it for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to list things I dislike in miro, but I think it could profit from a bit wider variety of forms to create and express yourself. Also, the interface to choose your workplace is a bit messy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we need to work on a new subject or brainstorm on anything with my friends and colleagues, we rush to miro. It makes sharing information and though so easy.
Great tool with many different use cases
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to draft out and communicate ideas. The infinite whiteboard offers lots of room to play with, and thanks to very useful features such as wireframes or cards, the idea can be elaborated easily without cluttering the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro offers a lot of templates; however, I haven't found myself using them much because they haven't matched my exact requirements or are difficult to adjust. Also, I am not a big fan of the table feature, and it would be nice if there were the option to add and edit a spreadsheet to the whiteboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro primarily to conceptualize features before sharing them with other stakeholders in the company. I create rough mockups that our design team can gather inspiration from or take notes on points that have to be reworked or decided.
Top tool for homeoffice collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone has the possibility to look at the same board with their access, the need to share the screen diminishes. To pick up a conversation in the next meeting based on the picture we created saves a lot of time in recapping and onboarding. It was amazing to be able to explain a very complex matter on different meta planes to the management, based on the picture we created on our miro board. Though the compliment to miro is not the picture in itself, but the process in getting it, to optimize and tweak it. I do like the repositories, they speed up the process for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability in a Browser setting is annoying as browser shortcuts and features overrule the board/site. e.g. "backwards-Button" on my mouse - all nice and smooth, but in miro i just change the site. Right-click is not possible. So this basic premise is already the biggest weakness. In the corporate setting, some hybrid would be great, but I can understand inherent apprehension to this Idea from a professional standpoint as a requirements Engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working in a home office environment. We cannot look physically at whiteboards and flipcharts. So the basic need is fulfilled. But as I can take the result of one meeting, enhance it and use it as a starting point for the next meeting is great. The next level of people in the hierarchy get the possibility to appreciate the work gone already into our ideas and can contribute way faster. I use the boards in the development of requirements for the software. Based on a miro board, I can explain the planned process and software. The Developers can come back to the board and make their estimations concerning the difficulty and time needed for the development without me. That is really helpful!

Just do it ! (sorry nike ;))
The virtual whiteboardingwith some cool extras
What do you like best about the product?
I love the timer feature for keeping workshops on track. A delighter is also the the music that covers the awkward silences when people are thinking or just adding content to the whiteboard but not speaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The smart shapes. It's a great concept, but it's weak with a mouse. I think it benefits from proper freehand drawing, like on tablets. I just work around this by using the standard shapes and minimising any mouse required drawings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily it's a digital whiteboard that has replaced our physical boards and walls in the office. As such, it's easy to update - more so as people can update all at the same time! It's also a place to record history. In the past, people took pictures of whiteboards or invested in costly tech solutions that could print the board's content for safekeeping and later refer back to. With miro, we leave a session as it ended and either start a new frame or a new board to continue. It's just super simple and cost-effective.
The best whiteboard collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with others, run workshops and other work sessions, and how the Miro team is clearly constantly learning about their users needs and building new cool features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not much of a dislike, but they announced a clustering feature for the post it notes on their annual conference, and it's not available yet. It's really hard to be teased like that, and not have such a great feature available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it a lot easier to collaborate with the team. Besides the functionality to have everyone on the same board, seeing each other's cursors, etc. I think the tools Miro makes available and the way the whole UI looks makes everyone more comfortable with whiteboarding. Some people are usually shy or not comfortable with their drawing skills, and Miro feels just like a playground for your ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste any more time looking for a solution. Miro is the best!
Excelent. Much more as a whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Interaction on the board in real time, much like being in the same room. The support of multiple file extensions, to work on them directly on the lookout, is incredible. It would be great if this support is expanding over time
What do you dislike about the product?
When the page is refreshed, when using the web, it expels you from internal video calls. I find it very difficult to register a client or guest from a board. It should be an option at hand (example right click on the user_ unsubscribe from the board)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative remote work. I went from having to use at least 2 platforms simultaneously and having to exchange files to be able to write information, to being able to do it in real time. greatly improves workflow
Great ability to visualize ideas and concepts.
What do you like best about the product?
Diversity of Panels and illustrations loaded with concepts and pre-filled that help different managers in different business segments. Easy and intuitive to use, in addition to a refined graphic aspect.
Possibility to share with different people and make meetings and work alignments more dynamic.
Possibility to share with different people and make meetings and work alignments more dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the program does not export files in PPT format, for PowerPoint, would be an important improvement since the majority of the corporate market still uses PPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed to organize the entire strategic planning of the company in Miro. The big difference is that with a few boards and sophisticated images, I was able to materialize and make visually clear what previously required lengthy presentations, a lot of text, and few differentiated images.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far, it has been the best tool I have identified for collaboration, diagramming, and assembling schemes for demonstrating ideas, working in the context of innovation and group dynamics.
Miro is the most flexible collaboration platform available today.
What do you like best about the product?
Very clear UX, thought out to the smallest detail. For me, Miro is also an amazing tool for creative work, reflection on projects, decomposition of initiatives. The power of stickers is tremendous. At the same time, the whole work is built so seamlessly that it is impossible not to enjoy the work process. This becomes especially obvious when you try to work on other platforms (because someone on the team is more used to it). Thanks to the Miro team for their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to add stickers by clicking on the uploaded image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. Structuring text-semantic data. Solving creative tasks.
Easy to use, share and collaborate with!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been the "go-to" tool for myself and my team, from creating presentations all the way to creating low-fidelity prototypes on the go. Our one-stop-shop for all our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
When browsing by use-case, it can sometimes get overwhelming when there are so many tools to deep-dive into. Would be good to have small videos showcasing the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because everyone in our team follows a different schedule, it's hard to keep everyone on top of what others have been working on. By using Miro, we can add comments and tag the relevant people, and get feedback without needing to set multiple meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whilst Miro is a great tool that can help with all kinds of scenarios and needs, be sure to stay organized and on top of your boards - meaning labelling and keeping boards in folders are key!
Online collaboration and workshopping made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating within a team and outside a team is so easy - at all stages of a project, from brainstorming to creating reports. Especially like the new integration with MS teams, and Miro is also updating their features quite frequently and support is super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that comes to mind is the ability to have a table of contents for your boards that can also be exported to PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making working together remotely fun
- Designing a nice report with multiple people has never been easier (and with less conflicts)
- Speed in collaborating with clients and making sure they are engaged in workshops
