Couldn't Create Customer-Facing Workflows Without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Creating an easily digestible workflow within Miro is seamless. Via screen sharing, I am able to quickly walk customers through their workflow when utilizing our software. I wouldn't be able to get them onboard and troubleshoot without Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have yet to experience any issues with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Explaining complex workflows and operations are made simple with Miro. Instead of using hypothetical examples and relying on theoretical issues when onboarding customers, I can walk them through specifics.
Miro Will Make Your Brainstorming a Delight
What do you like best about the product?
I'm torn between a massive collection of templates (some of which I never heard of), ease of use and the most amazing UX. Furthermore, Miro allows me to collaborate with my team members asynchronously and make that visual collaboration compelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love Miro, so it's hard to think of anything. If I have to think hard, I would say, let's bring some new fonts and colors. I personally don't have a need for it, but it could be refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can collaborate asynchronously with my team members. As a visual person (and even I wasn't there are things that you can only present visually) I used Miro boards for everything! I also rely on a rich library of templates. To be honest, I never knew how to structure some documents, and voila: there they were in Miro. The benefits are many. I would like to emphasize one though: I think when someone presents things visually things are always much more clear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will improve your collaboration incredibly and unlock the creativity of your team.
Several tools in one!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use this tool - take quick notes, run workshops, visualize complex problems, brainstorm with your team; it's great in so many ways. We use it for online meetings, as well as when meeting f2f to document and capture ideas. It's also possible to present directly from Miro (no more endless moving and aligning boxes in certain other presentation tools).
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you and your colleagues use it a lot, it becomes challenging to keep track of all the boards. It would be nice to be able to organize and categorize them better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps collaborate online and visualize processes, customer journeys, complex problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it out, it's easy to get started and for free.
Miro is the queen of online collaboration tools!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can collaborate with people inside and outside the organization —work in real time, co-creating with everyone on the same page. I love that I can create designs or brainstorm and that I can quickly make them look pleasing to the eye! I dont need to worry about my dodgy drawing skills or handwriting. Miro takes care of it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to select a bunch of post-its and clear the contents... I'd also like to add more characters of text within text boxes as when cutting pasting text, text can be cut short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retros, wireframes, workshopping, service design, collaborative exploration of ideas, brainstorming, card sorting, affinity diagrams, flow charts, and much more - it's easy to copy and paste work and then work on the copied version to have a view of where you started!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start using it! Once you get into it - there's no other tool you'll want to use to design and odcument!
Love working with MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
It is such an easy tool to work with, share ideas, workflows, and knowledge in general. I use a lot of images in my boards for inspiration as well as videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a video to the board is a bit frustrating, but still love the way Miro makes my work easier, faster, and ordinary. Would love if adding a video would be esier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing ideas with multiple teams from multiple locations around the world, Miro allows us to keep it simple, clear, and ordinary. it have helped us to work better as a global team.
A must-have tool for planning and collaborating in a visual way
What do you like best about the product?
There are several things I like about Miro.
First of all, its overall user interface, which is clean and easy to use. The infinite canvas is a powerful, yet simple, way to have all of my different projects organized in one place that never runs out of space.
The template library is a terrific resource because it makes the whole planning, brainstorming, and designing processes much faster and smoother – there seems to be a template for pretty much anything you can think of!
A feature that really impressed me is the Sticky Capture of the Miro mobile app. Are you someone who likes to take notes with pen and paper? Well, try to imagine if there were a way to digitalize your notes... That's exactly what Sticky Capture does! Open the Miro mobile app and take a picture of a post-it note using the Sticky Capture feature. That note will be digitalized and will be available in your Miro whiteboard. The cool thing is that you'll even be able to actually edit that note inside of Miro!

What do you dislike about the product?
As my infinite Miro whiteboard gets fuller and fuller, I sometimes struggle with finding something I'm looking for.
I'm wondering whether a different way to browse through the content would help minimize this issue...

By using Miro, I'm able to easily plan in a visual way, I'm able to digitalize handwritten notes, and have all of my different projects, notes, and templates available in one, centralized, location.
Awesome board for all events
What do you like best about the product?
There are a huge number of in-built boards provided which cater to all kinds of events. You can have cards, boxes, frames to segregate the board into various parts. You can add comments on others' boards as well. You can share the board with accesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Its a great board for meetings, architecture development for a product, its workflow and various other services which makes it an all-rounder in all the spheres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I make architecture diagrams and workflows of various products with this. I also make meeting boards using this. It helps in a lot of brainstorming work as people can just put their thoughts in forms of cards on the boards and it helps in keeping things very clear.
Changed the way of colaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows working like being in the same room using a whiteboard. Especially for our remote team, this is key. Using it for a longer period it even has much more to offer than a standard whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a beginner, it was tricky to understand everything and get organized well. However, that is usual for all new software and just needs some training & experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To visualize complex flowcharts, processes and task lists. We use it for virtual kanban boards and in general, to gather specific information that is useful for several projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a great way to colaborate remotely, I recommend Miro. You will love it :)
