Unlimited Space and Effortless Mockups Make Miro a Standout Tool

  • December 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
i like most about Miro is that it offers almost unlimited space for collecting data, notes and other materials. i can build flows, analysess within a single document. additional features such as the ability to create mockups, allow me- as a researcher without figma skills-to easy and quickly turn verbal ideas into hi fi mockups.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like that text lenght limitation in text filed. it forces me to create multiple txt areas, which collaborators can accidentlly move while navigating the board. it should be unlimited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me capture my thoughts and gather data from multiple sources in a single doc. i can easily collect and organize benchmark

Effortless Collaboration with Comprehensive Features

  • December 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so easy to use with a lot of functionality available. The integration with ADO is great, allowing seamless linking and collaboration. It's really easy to create quick process flows or flowcharts and have others contribute, unlike other tools like Microsoft Whiteboard and Visio, which I find quite restrictive in terms of collaboration. With Miro, it's easy to capture feedback around process flows. The integration with ADO is fantastic for tracking work and managing PBIs. I also find it very valuable that Miro presents information visually and in an easily digestible format, especially when showcasing at an executive level. When I first started using it, the setup was very easy. Overall, I haven't found another type of collaboration tool as smooth as Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people just throw stuff into Miro, and over time, it can get quite confusing where information is. I feel like there could be a way to guide people somehow in Miro, which makes it a bit easier in terms of how to structure a Miro board. I do find sometimes with Miro boards, it becomes a bit of a mess, you know, everyone's just thrown things onto the Miro board, and it's really, really difficult to make sense of it all. Also, it's kind of like you don't know what you don't know. I wanna be able to do something in Miro, and I've felt like I don't know how to find that thing in Miro because I don't know what it's called. There need to be more training videos or something that helps showcase the different ways that Miro can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for documenting user journeys, collaborating with stakeholders on potential solutions, and creating process flows. It makes visual presentation easy, especially at an executive level, and seamlessly integrates with ADO to track project features.

Effortless Workflow Design with Smooth Performance

  • December 21, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy it is to create flows and share them with Miro. The performance is smooth, and there are plenty of UI elements to play with. The wireframing tools are good enough for creating explanatory wireframes, and the icon libraries are quite helpful. Sharing is straightforward because whoever I add can easily view and navigate the content. It's also nice how easy it is to export and share as a PDF with non-technical people. The ease of use is the main thing that stands out to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe export limitations and sharing limitations on free plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to create and share software workflows with its smooth performance and plenty of UI elements. It simplifies sharing by allowing easy export as PDFs, even for non-technical people.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the only software that truly gives us the feeling of working together in the same room, even when we're miles apart. The user interface is very intuitive, making it easy for new team members to become productive within minutes. For our team, it has become an essential tool.

The fact that is available on a large amount of platform give us the possibility to join a meeting also on a trip.

Visual Delight with Easy Templates, Minor Learning Curve

  • December 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro lets us continue to iterate on a process as needed. The visual aspect is really nice, and it's easy to navigate, making it simple to show and make sense to others. I particularly like the templates; they are cool, fun, colorful, and helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When somebody's new to the Miro experience, a lot of times they mess up formatting or drag the wrong things out of place or enlarge things accidentally. I wish that was simpler for people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Miro lets us continue to iterate on a process time after time as iteration is needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Mito has been really helpful for visualisation ideas and collaborating with team in real time. I like how easy it is to create flow hartals, diagrams and brainstorm together, even when everyone is remote. It keeps discussion organised and makes teamwork more productively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro feels a bit slow and cluttered when working on large boards and it can be overwhelming with too many features for simple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to brainstorm, plan, design workflows, and align ideas in real time. specially when teams can’t sit together physically.

The Perfect Tool for Keeping Study Materials Organized

  • December 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I keep all my content in one area with Miro. The search tool is particularly valuable because it allows me to find exactly what I'm looking for amidst a big amount of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a marker feature that doesn't actually work well because it's primarily for teaching only, like a laser. I feel there should be a new feature developed, which is a laser used for teaching instead of needing a marker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me keep all my content together and allows easy searching with keywords, making study for my A levels more organized.

Intuitive and Essential for Visual Storytelling

  • December 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be very intuitive, which is great for me as a visual person and an architect. It's nice to have something so visual that can grow organically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating to not be able to see things with high resolution without enlarging everything on the board. Also, I really wish there was a way to change the opacity of images. In addition, it would be really nice if we could crop PDFs in the same way we can crop images. On the topic of account set-up, I had a little bit of confusion at first with the SSO and trying to get my account to work, but there were no serious issues besides that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize information and experiences from work trips and assignments, helping me create a story framework for presentations and keep track of large projects.

The sharing feature with the team is really useful. I use it every day, and it helps me solve my problems by allowing me to create system designs and workflows more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are fewer templates to choose from, and the selection of boards is also quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with understanding the product and its overall flow, both on the backend and frontend.

Streamlined Order Processing with Intuitive UI

  • December 19, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy and satisfying to use. The zoom function is particularly nice because it zooms into where my mouse is, which is better than similar features I've used, like in Google Earth or Google Maps. The user interface itself is easy to use and accessible. I also like the ability to drag boxes and have them lock in place symmetrically aligned with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mouse doesn't always allow me to drag the page from side to side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro organizes complex order criteria into a clear chart, helping me navigate issues and streamline processing. The interface is easy and enjoyable, with precise zoom and alignment features enhancing usability.
