A Game-Changer for Visual Collaboration

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro most for its easy-to-use visual boards and real-time collaboration, which make brainstorming and teamwork fast and organized. The visual boards make it easy to organize and understand ideas at a glance, while real-time collaboration lets everyone contribute instantly. The initial setup was very easy. We were able to get started quickly with minimal guidance, and the interface felt intuitive from the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit slow on older devices, and a few advanced features take time to learn. Improving performance and simplifying those tools would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming, planning, and collaboration. It solves scattered ideas and unorganized teamwork by consolidating everything into a visual space, improving clarity, and allowing real-time contribution. This saves time and keeps our projects aligned.

Versatile and Easy to Use, But Collaboration Licensing Hurdles

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's versatility; you can almost do anything in it. It's like a whiteboard on steroids, yet it's more than that. I find its ease of use great because nothing takes too long to work out, and it's made clear to me if something can't be done, and offers similar options. For example, while I can't drop a Microsoft PowerPoint file onto a board, I can drop a PDF and other MS apps, and it shows me what will work. The initial setup was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like the least is when I wish to collaborate for one meeting with a group of people who don't have licenses - their ability to interact with me seems limited. Miro doesn't acknowledge existing licenses from other instances either, so I have to pay for another license to allow someone to collaborate fully on my shared board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for process mapping, mind mapping, and collaborating in real-time with colleagues globally. Its versatility and ease of use make it more than a 'whiteboard on steroids.' I also appreciate the guidance on compatibility with different file types.

Streamlined Workshops with Effective Collaboration

  • February 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for several things, but mostly different types of workshops. It shortens the time from idea to delivery, and I love the possibility to work together in the same board as a remote team. The initial setup was easy, and I've been a user for over five years. I'm connected to my Google Drive, which is handy. I can't really name any issues, sometimes there were historical difficulties in understanding the UX/UI, but not anymore. I would definitely recommend Miro to a friend or colleague, giving it a solid 10, since there's nothing to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes historically there have been difficulties to understand the UX/UI but not anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for workshops; it shortens the time from idea to delivery and allows my remote team to collaborate on the same board.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can use it for discovery and design aspects. I use it mainly to map intended behaviours and user flows and the AI assistant is super helpful with generating quick diagrams to help me work faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are bit clunky when it comes to collaboration. Would be nicer if some features weren’t gated on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me map user flows and intended behaviours.

I love the fact that we can do everything at the same time with several people on Miro. I also appreciate the ability to add images and edit them together with others.

Flexible Visual Boards for Team Brainstorming, Planning, and Diagrams

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
for organizing ideas and collaborating with others in a visual way as I am an architect. I really like how flexible the boards are and you can brainstorm, plan projects, create diagrams in one place and everyone in the team can see and have an idea on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for new users. With so many tools, features, and options on the board, it’s easy to lose track of where things are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it’s beneficial because I can see the big picture, organize thoughts visually, and collaborate more effectively without long meetings or back-and-forth messages

Efficient Visualization and Planning Tool

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes things easier to set up and visualize, turning a 2-hour setup into just a 2-minute prompt or visualization setting. It's great for zooming in to see the details I want in that moment, and it helps frame the navigation map. Overall, it makes it easier to visualize and organize our plans. The initial setup was fairly easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very sensitive to moving things around or deleting things. You have to make sure you are not changing or editing the wrong thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies visualizing and organizing our plans. It turns a 2-hour setup into a quick 2-minute process, making our navigation maps easier to handle.

Enhances Collaboration with Versatile Features

  • February 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the space kind of whiteboard features. I think that's really cool because we can create multiple versions of the map and easily copy, paste, and change things in real time. I do like the little icons flying around as it helps keep everybody focused and in the right space during a meeting. The flexibility and multiple connection points offered, like templates and connections to Slack or Google, allow us to put everything we need in one place, which I find really helpful. It's a super easy tool to use and set up, with great training available. Their AI agent is actually pretty decent and helps with time-consuming tasks, like making legends or adding context-specific details. I'm happy with Miro; I think it's a great tool, very collaborative, and it works really well depending on your use case. It's definitely a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed some issues with multiple users changing things at one time, which could cause latency, especially in large organizations or projects with multiple iterations. It's not a big deal for us, but it might be more of a problem for others. Also, I hate that the scroll doesn't work very well with a mouse. I have to use my keyboard or MacBook scroll instead of the mouse, which can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us visualize complex processes and make iterative changes. It's a great collaborative canvas for multiple teams and stakeholders working on larger projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do anything without worrying about running out of space.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I try to download the charts, they don’t come out on a single page, and the file quality isn’t good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create charts for my company.
