What do you dislike about the product?
Especially when working with the desktop app, it consumes a lot of resources from my local machine.
The fact that you can not view, but only set or overwrite a board password is annoying.
Active Pen support for Touchscreens (on-screen drawing) is annoying.

Versatile collaboration tool for small and large groups
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and endless canvas. We have modelled whole products on one canvas which helps to show the ideas and go back and forth between different levels of design and tech plans to prestudy results. Never have I been so "on track" of what we are talking about and where are we going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access management has been a problem in our company, we use SSO and it seems that at times not all participants have rights to edit the canvas even though they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have bridged the gap from user studies trough ideation to design and implementation planning with Miro. I am sure that other purpose-built tools could to this too, but freedom to express any of the phases as you see fit has been a boon for our teams.

Intuitive collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive this tool is. People learn very quickly, how to use it. Other tools such as MS Whiteboard or Mural are not as easy to use as Miro.
The templates are very helpful to prep a workshop as well. It enabled us to collaborate beyond borders.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to label the boards and use them to filter my search result. Sometimes, I remember neither the name nor the owner of the board which makes it difficult to find the correct board. That's one of the few features I miss.

It makes collaboration in teams so easy! I use Miro for running Retrospectives and it makes it a breeze! All the available templates also really makes my life easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
You lose some anonymity when in group discussions and also I've found when sharing a board with someone, that it takes that person to a different place in the board than where I put the content, so I often have to bring them to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration was an issue especially with people working from home, but with Miro this is no longer an issue as everyone can contribute in real time!
