What do you like best about the product?
Over the past year of using Miro, it has become one of my most used tools and in fact, supports not only professional but also personal projects. I cannot begin to describe how excited I am about what Miro already is and what it is evolving into. Miro is not just a smart Whiteboard, it is a platform for many other tools and processes that you can seamlessly plug into it. Only over time, I realized how powerful that can be once you adapt your thinking to it. Miro is like an infinite, smart piece of paper. You can sketch out ideas, processes, concepts, and plug-in media, tools, and contents exactly when and how you need them. You can use it for powerful collaboration, you can even set up Scrum sprints including functioning Sprint Boards, integrations with developer tools and and and. I am very excited about what Miro might turn into in the future and will be an advocate for Miro for whatever organisation I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few tiny faults that I am confidence will be ironed out in future product updates. The biggest one for myself (given that I started using Miro as a Sprint board for my team) is that in the Kanban boards one cannot filter by labels and people at the point of writing this review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of being too limited in online (cloud-based) solutions by the format of the tool one uses. Presentations are too chopped up, Spreadsheets are not multi-medial, project management tools are not creative. Miro allows you to set up solutions for every format need you have in the same tool
Miro makes whiteboarding easy, efficient and fun
What do you like best about the product?
Inspiring templates library, can be used for a variety of use cases, limitless board, enables collaboration, integrates with slack
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There are no animations (like in Power Point or Google Slides) where elements are shown by click, so I cannot use Miro for presentations or training.
2. Marking boards as favorites for quick access is not so intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up a new board at any impromptu moment in a meeting, enabling our team to work collaboratively on the fly. Which, means we can capture all of our thoughts and insights so clearly and quickly. So useful for planning, capturing ideas and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it's quite hard to use Miro from an accessibility point of view. I have some team members with poor eyesight who does stuggle with Miro and that can affect their confidence with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro templates to capture all ideas and discussions, I use this in our Co-Design sessions to keep us all on track and to having divergent converstations. Miro is a brilliant tool to use to map out thoughts as the emerge. I also use this for Retros, Google Sprints and Planning.
The best seamless mind mapping

What do you dislike about the product?
The problem is when sharing a part of a Miro board on Notion: users see the whole board and have to scroll and search of the part of the board they want to see
It could be great if the selected part of the board could be saved!

Best tool for brainstorming and problem analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a powerful tool to quickly set up a brainstorming meetings, using basic features as post it, the possibility to link elements with arrows and create logic dependencies. I've used it to generate new ideas in research. Furthermore there is a great collection of templates (also form the community) that help you to find proper way to visualize the way to solve a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is plenty of plugin and functionalities that I don't really use, may be useful for people that need to link with other software components. For me it is not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
generate Ideas, analyze comple problems, have interactive meeting, increase participation during the discussion, create documentation / minutes during the meeting.
Miro, a great tool which is also fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use, and you can even have some fun while doing so! They offer many tools to be used on your Miro boards. It is an excellent tool with many purposes. It is straightforward to import pictures from google, your files, etc. You can be used to any tool and still use those muscle memories in miro because they are well adapted to almost any pc user. I'd suggest you to give Miro a chance, and you won't regret it! You can even see who is looking at what and see what they are editing
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be harder to find a specific tool you'd like to use, but with a quick look on google, you will easily find it again and never forget. Most things are straightforward forward though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for brainstorming sessions, mind mapping, and saving sources (URLs). On the other hand, it can also be fun to mess around during a break with colleagues.
It offers an easy way to monitor and collaborate on bringing a lot of information to 1 central place. It is an easy tool with a ton of uses.

Makes explaining issues a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability of miro to integrated notes, visuals/images and the addition of lines/shapes into one platform. Before I would use the very choppy built in photo edittor on my laptop in order to create visuals for explanation, but now I am able to build and share visuals all from the same platform. This is most helpful when troubleshooting bugs, allowing us to share information across people and time as a form of visual documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can imagine is the difficulty in using text. The nearly unlimited scaling of Miro makes it hard to make text fit well sometime, but overall this issue can be troubleshot with some experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the issue of visual documentation for us. The platform allows us to visualize our data pipelines and connections between platforms/tables in a way that was not easy before. Now it is easy and almost fun to build these visuals.
