Miro is the best online collaborative tool for remote teams!

Miro is the perfect tool for visual collaboration, allowing teams to work together on projects in real time regardless of location.
It is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for even the most technologically challenged users to get up and running quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is hard to use for very large projects with many moving parts. In these cases, it can be difficult to keep track of everything that's going on. However, it is an excellent tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps organizations plan, develop, and track products from ideation to launch. It offers product roadmaps, storyboards, and Gantt charts to help teams manage every aspect of the product development process.
And we integrate Miro with Slack to provide a complete picture of the product development process.

A Software Airy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an intuitive and user-friendly online tool that helps team members collaborate. As a software engineer, I found Miro invaluable in coordinating with engineers and designers on complex projects.
I especially like the ability to leave comments and mention specific team members so everyone is on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a more robust search function that would allow me to quickly find specific items that have been added to the board.
I think it is a necessary function that doesn't exist on Miro.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as an essential tool for managing my projects. The drag-and-drop interface makes my life easier when I need to prototype ideas and visualize flow charts and workflows. And it is the primary via for coordinating different departments and teams on the same project.
Miro is a great tool for keeping track my assets!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro a virtual withboard with an excellent interface that allows me to keep track of every steps of my projects. Every asset is on the Miro's witheboard, with its location and its value.
And its version control makes easy to keep one eye on every change over the time, which is helpful in detecting trends and problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a challenge. It has various useful functions, but it takes time to get them all. You will need some days or even weeks if you want to know everything you can do with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as my main tool for tasks related to managing IT assets. These ones include tracking, assessing, detecting trends and planning for future needs.
The result has been a good choice making, more productivity and a great communication with my superiors.

Helpful to create Flowcharts within minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very useful and very easy to use. No prior skills are required if we are using it to create basic flowcharts, Agile Charts, and Implementation approaches.
Unlike its other alternatives, it's very lightweight and requires no installation. Its Web UI is highly responsive which makes a tasks lot more easier and swift.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have to prepare a flowchart with very customized requirements, such as the creation of a very complex shape/vectors in the design document.
Miro might not be a good fit, Desktop Flowchart creation applications are needed at that time.
Otherwise, it's a good fit for 99% of your flowchart need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a wide range of templates for Planning, Decision making, Concept, Agile Workflow, strategy, Planning, etc.
Which is quite helpful and eliminates the need of creating the flowchart from the scratch. It just removes the need of designing the flow from scratch. and saves a lot of time in day-to-day design creation.

Miro is the online withboard for our entire team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how communications are inside Miro. It is an easy software with a good communication system.
The interface is great and is made to boost creativity and problem-solving ability. This way, there are minor distractions.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a potential for theft or misuse of confidential information. We need to educate the team about cybersecurity. It could be nice to have more security options and a 2AF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we used Mire, our team has improved our work quality and efficiency. Communications are better than ever, and projects are made smoothly.
The creativity boost has been incredible, and we have been capable of solving problems with less effort.

- ability to collaborate with teams and this is very well made with hardly any bugs or lag

Least favorites:
- lack of free form shapes that can be used as text boxes (like MS ppt)
- lack of ability to slideshow
- ability to use more fonts and bigger font sizes
- really hope to see less crashes on windows

Miro solves the problem of collaborating with people who are all remote. White boarding and planning sessions go extremely smoothly and has greatly benefitted business from spending money on unnecessary trips

An invaluable tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so easy to use, and a fantastic tool for collaboration. It gives everyone a voice in a virtual room and enables easy and effortless sharing of concepts, ideas, documents, websites and processes. It's a great tool for workshops, and virtual collaboration alike.
At it's simplest, it's a virtual whiteboard that's better than an actual one.
I use Miro for everything from sketching out project plans with remote teams, to holding workshops in the real world. It's one of my go to tools as a Program Manager.

Very little.
Sometimes it's hard to reframe, and move the frames around once set. Keep coming up with templates, those things are very handy. Extend the number of active boards for free users too.

With remote teams across different countries and time zones, easy to use tools that allow us sit around a virtual space are invaluable. I use Miro for everything from sketching out project plans with remote teams, to holding workshops in the real world. It's one of my go to tools as a Program Manager.
Miro is great tool for UX teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how remote teams can collaborate on the same board. The templates are great to get you started for brainstorming, synthesizing user research data, and building UX screen flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about it. I know I do not use all the features, and there is a lot more I can do that I either am unaware of or don't need at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is collaborating with teams across the globe. SInce I work with people in different states and different countries, we can work together on one board since a physical white board is not an option anymore.
