Versatile Collaboration Features That Enhance Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to not just add flows but add various links, comments, and other collaboration oppurtunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No possibility to use offline. I like to map down my thoughts and flows quite often and as part of any time of the day. I dont see an option with Miro allowing me to save my flows offline, which I can perhaps work upon while I am in a flight etc. I feel that this functionality with the Mac Desktop app shall be available for offline use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have multiple people collaborate and improve on one unified board.
Miro, the colleague that always is ready to listen to my ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro supports my work regardless of what I’m doing, and I use it every day. When I need to think through how to improve a customer flow, I can simply drop screens into Miro, add notes, and easily share my thinking with others. When I need something more advanced, like process diagrams, Miro is still my go-to tool because it has all the right shapes, is effortless to zoom in and out of, and makes it easy to add context, such as system UI screenshots.
Even when I’m working with tables, I choose Miro because I can combine structure with visuals, add images and notes, and still keep a clean, readable layout. I also love the mind map templates - they’re flexible and have a really nice colour palette. During a fixed-deadline project, I relied heavily on tables with swimlanes, tags, and dates; they helped synchronise parallel teams and gave a much clearer overview than the backlog we were using.
And lastly - teamwork! I enjoy facilitating team retrospectives from time to time, and Miro has everything needed for that. It’s simply the best collaboration tool I’ve used.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any significant complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to look at problems in their context (be it a UI flow or business process), because I can add all the input I need in one place to generate the ideas for solution. It helps me maintain a customer perspective, since processes have multiple layers that are easy to overlook; by keeping everything visible, I can focus on both the details and the big picture at the same time.
Intuitive Process Mapping with Seamless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for organizing the current and future process map using Kaizen and Value Stream mapping to track continuous improvements. It's very collaborative, allowing team members to work on different sections at the same time, which is great for break-out sessions during workshops. Miro is also very intuitive and easy to organize. It only took me about 10 minutes to move from exploring features to actually starting to create my current process map. Initial setup was very easy; I started using a ready-made example and just modified it to fit my needs. The example provided was well created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having blocks that can have different functionalities like identifying different features of the blocks. Creating building blocks that can be re-used (Library blocks). Generally when you're working on any project, you need to have objects with certain functionalities. For example creating a fish bone diagram needs to have different blocks like Man, Machines, Material, Mechanisms, etc. As a creator one should be able to create new block with different attributes or specifications that can simply be used later either multiple times without spending more efforts on creating block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize process maps with Kaizen and Value Stream mapping. It's collaborative, allowing team members to work simultaneously, which enables break-out sessions during workshops. Miro's intuitive setup lets me quickly create process maps, replacing the need for Excel, PowerPoint, or Visio.
Versatile Whiteboarding with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like having everything in one whiteboard, which is super easy to use for swimlanes, quick diagramming, and prototyping. I appreciate the large free-form whiteboard that comes with a low learning curve. I found the initial setup of Miro very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a good way to add extensive notes as the text boxes aren't long enough. The AI prototyping is okay, but still rough when compared to competitors. The interactions for AI prototyping are confusing. Also, I have access to AI features in my own paid account which do not work on one of my work accounts, and no one can really figure out why. Might be different beta versions A/B tested by Miro, but we aren't sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro makes it easy to keep everything on one whiteboard, simplifies swimlanes, and helps with quick diagramming and prototyping.
Versatile Brainstorming Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming and idea collection, and I love that there are a lot of templates available for information architecture and wireframing. The research and ideation process is very easy with Miro. I really like the free canvas, which is like a whiteboard where I can paint and write anything. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wireframe feature in Miro is not good; it lacks sufficient templates.

Effortless Team Collaboration and Organization with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been an excellent tool for our team. We implemented is usage with ease and use on a daily basis. Miro is how easy it is for multiple team members to collaborate in one place while keeping everything organized. The board allows us to clearly track programs, staff, open shifts, onboarding and internal transfers in real time, which improves communication and visibility across the team. Miro is user-friendly and offers great fe3atures that support collaboration and efficiency. It has become a valuable resource for keeping everyone aligned and ensuring nothing getting missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that to see details clearly, you often have to zoom in, which then cuts off other parts of the board and forces you to move around the screen to view everything. This can make it harder to get a quick, full-picture view of the board at once. Additionally, the inability to easily print the full board is a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro addresses the challenge of collaboration and visibility for our team, which is distributed across various locations. It offers a centralized platform where everyone can access the most current information, work together in real time, and monitor programs, staffing requirements, open shifts, onboarding, and internal transfers. This setup minimizes miscommunication, enhances coordination, and ensures that tasks and open positions are clearly recognized and managed efficiently.
