What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to visually map out concepts, designs, architecture, and team whiteboarding sessions. In a world where so much collaboration happens in written form, I find Miro the easiest to use for my visual-centric mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some difficulties with user management in Miro - whenever I have new team members join, it has been a challenge to get them onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always use Miro for our team retrospectives, which is much better than what we used to use. I also use Miro on my own when I'm trying to map out a challenging topic. Being able to visually work out a problem helps me get things done and share concepts with my team more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like about Miro, from the robust live whiteboarding capabilities, the huge variety of pre-configured templates for different use-cases, to the assortment of 3rd party app integrations for things like Azure DevOps. I've found Miro to be easy to learn for new users but tricky to master since it just has so many capabilities. Overall, Miro has been an incredibly useful tool that has enabled seamless and effective collaboration in this new remote-working world. Miro gets a A+ from our org!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the functionality is fantastic, the administrative portion of the Miro interface could certainly use some work. There are aspects of managing/administering the various Teams and Boards in the Enterprise model that aren't intuitive. Navigating and understanding the administration UI is painful; it's a serious weak spot in the platform though, in my opinion, it is the only weak spot.

Versatile and Visual Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro's versatility; it’s one of my favorite things about it. I can use it for many different purposes, like conducting kickoff sessions with stakeholders, building affinity diagrams, and facilitating workshops and internal training sessions. The templates are quite useful, especially the Kanban board, which I usually go back to. They're basically accelerators that save me time since I don't have to create them from scratch. The AI feature has been helpful too, even if the results weren’t as perfect as I wanted—it still gave me a good idea for presenting and building diagrams. I appreciate how Miro caters to my colleagues who have a visual mindset, helping them process and digest information better.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get really big, it's hard to navigate. It becomes slow. Also, finding information is quite limited. If I search for a keyword, it shows me every place where that keyword appears, and the only filter that I have is the type of element where that keyword is. For example, I can say I just want to find this keyword in sticky notes. But I think those are quite limited search filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for kickoff sessions and affinity diagrams, making it easy to visualize data connections. It’s also great for workshops and training. The templates, like the Kanban board, and AI features help accelerate my workflow, catering to our team's visual mindset.
Skeptical at first but now love Miro

Miro is a great tool for collaborating and sharing information with a team. You can format information in so many different ways and customize it for a more analytical or design-oriented approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for customizing tables and when you copy/paste to and from Excel the data could be more streamlined and maintain the same formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a great place to collect information and ideas to be shared and collaborated with across a team. I also like it for corraling links to documents and reports that are stored in different locations.
I was skeptical at first, but it's been easy to learn and use the tool.
