Invision UI UX Designer review

  • March 10, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can prototype any number of screens with the detailing that a designer looks for is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to decide on a few areas for a designer to actually get into the vibe of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prototyping is one thing that every designer would enjoy working on invision. And sharing it with the stakeholders and getting a detailed review with them holds much value.

Why I think Miro is better than Lucid

  • March 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about miro is that it provides you with the templates to save time creating your own, and also that you can invite others straight in from teams
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I dislike is that because it has so many features it takes a while to become familiar with using it all smoothly, whereas Lucid has a few less features so doesn't take as long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think one of the biggest problems we can solve is being able to invite people straight from teams onto miro, whereas in the past, we have had issues on lucid with people not being able to get on, which slows down the meeting. I have realised that so many benefits, such as being able to collaborate on things and vote/, add tags and emojis to peoples ideas! I just love that everyone can collaborate at the same time and you can also see them, whereas on lucid you weren't see people as teams was seperate, so unless you had a seperate screen it isn't possible :( It feels like we're in the same room! I have also realised that it is much easier to come to decisions when using the voting tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that this tool is an invaluable addition to any business. It has helped us tremendously when planning, navigating and organising ourselves internally, but also with our clients.

Great collaboration tool online or offline

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, no instructions needed for basic use but if you go into the weeds there is a lot that MIRO offers. Therefore you can tailor its use to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features change fast, once you get used to one feature next time you use MIRO your favorite feature may have been gone, or have change its behaviour, like the poll feature that we cannot create in advance anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual collaboration among teams working remotely across the world. Easy way to achieve a comon undertanding about new features and also a tool to use asynchronous with team in different timezones.

I'm having a great experience using Miro in my class with my student

What do you like best about the product?
The way we collaborate using the board, some tools, and features provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing just happened when I needed to remove some members of teams out; I must do it one by one for each row. It would be better if a bulk action feature were available for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newbie, I'm trying to discuss learning material that involves every student cooperating in the team. This new way of using Miro help us in online learning on this pandemic period

Powerful collaboration tool, improves productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy many things, but the cooperative value is my favorite since it allows me to establish a board with many individuals I work with to have a better understanding. What I especially appreciate about my paper is that it automatically indicates when we change boards, so we don't have to worry about storing our work because it's done automatically. Because each project is the same, I use Miro for a variety of tasks. I can utilize the templates and tools that make sense to collect, organize, and plan what I need to do. Sharing is thus quite simple with those who can work together in a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit for my boards to load at times, but that's nothing I really complain about; it would be a little better if it loaded faster. Another thing I don't like is that when you choose multiple things, it doesn't truly select them, but this isn't a common occurrence, so it's not a big deal. I'd like to see more diversity in terms of color coding with your notes, so that when you place a sticky note, you can change the color to a wider range of colors rather than just a handful, but that's not a need. It was a little daunting at first because there are so many features, templates, and so on, but now that I have my "go-to" templates, I am more happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Business Developer I use it for narrative planning, roadmaps, iteration planning, and so on. I also enjoy the style of employing dashboards and images rather than big text papers. We use it for business purposes, such as arranging meetings and events, but we also use it for scheduling, process mapping, and everything else you can think of. This will assist us all understand what they should do and when they should do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advise is to use this while consulting and going through various procedures to help people comprehend your prospect/consensus. Begin by downloading brain ideas using the templates. Because it is adaptable, you can always rearrange, organize, and adjust the structure afterwards.

What do you like best about the product?
This is not a stressful tool. It's full of bright images and easy navigation. I had to prepare for an important meeting. I spent a few hours with Miro training which was delightful and then I was "good to go!" Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple glitches here and there, but nothing that I didn't ultimately figure out with some collaboration with my partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not realize that some things were good and not so good to "lock in place."

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily use the tool and organize the work with the team in an exceptional way. This tool has been relevant for carrying out crucial brainstorming and collaborating in an efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
During this time, many updates have been released and with these, the complexity has increased. But I don't see this as cons, instead, it demonstrates that it is going to be always more versatile and full of functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been essential for breaking the ice in first meetings with new teams. Moreover, you are more productive due to direct collaboration within the team. Finally, it is perfect for having brainstorming.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike at the moment; mostly is my learning curve on how to use it and leverage its maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, Design thinking, empathizing and ideating for my final users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not be afraid and start using it!

Excellent collaboration tool improves team communication.

  • March 02, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to communicate with others, to host seminars and other breakout sessions, and how the Miro team is obviously learning about its customers' requirements and developing intriguing new features. I enjoy using Miro for all of my stakeholder workshops since it's simple to use and has a ton of amazing templates on Miroverse. It has greatly facilitated our virtual experiences, particularly during Covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing negative to say about the Miro product team; they are continually updating and enhancing my experience with the tool; but, they advertised a grouping function for post-notes at their annual conference, but it is not yet accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it much simpler to work together as a team. In addition to the utility of having everyone on the same board, I believe the tools Miro provides and the overall design of the UI help everyone feel more at ease with the board. Miro seems like a playground for your ideas if you're bashful or hesitant with your artistic talents. Miro has made it simple for teams from all around the world to participate and digitally capture everything without having to go back and document anything later. It is ideal for teamwork and stakeholder cooperation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste any more time looking for a solution Miro is the best I recommend this tool over some of the other whiteboard tools out there. I have had the opportunity to use various tools in my career and Miro is by far my favorite.
