A go-to solution for digital product designers
What do you like best about the product?
If you'd asked me what I like best about Invision 5 years ago it would've been the integration with Sketch and the ability to take screens a build quick prototypes with them. When the pandemic hit I was sent home to work and running design meetings without a whiteboard and gang of post-its was difficult. Now my fav part of Invision is their Freehand product. I can hold creative meetings with non-creative coworkers just as easily as I did in-person.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still struggle to get coworkers added to certain prototypes and freehands. We need a dead-simple, free license for guests to view and comment on these things. We have Mrual also at play and they both compete but Mural is winning because it's easier to add unlicensed team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a virtual whiteboard and helps my teams ideate. I use them to create user flows, logic trees and wireframe sketches. I've also used them to facilitate meetings and team exersises.
Online and In Person Multi-Day Workshop Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was great to be able to cross collaborate from people across the globe in one area and then reference it back in future meetings and help organize the thoughts in post it notes and buckets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little bit difficult things to get typically easy formats - I wish it had some smart art features like PPT which would have saved me a lot of time when creating charts and references.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem was how to revamp our entire departments approach to delivering our methodology. InVision allowed for a great way to cross collaborate this approach across all of our different staff in remote areas and different countries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product itself is great - the UI needs just a bit more work to make it user-friendly. A few easy bits to add in that would allow easier connections, frequently used shapes, ordering of the pages was impossible to figure out TBH. It took a lot of time to clean things up and make them look nice instead of having more smart art we could use to group ideas.
Great tool for collaboration across Product and Product Designers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to comment, review, critique and approve designs faster than before. It's easy to have a birds-eye view of what my new product is going to look like, and I have the ability to drill down to specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have more improved collaboration tools for our executives to be able to view designs more interactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to iterate on customer feedback and improve features faster than before. My team is more productive and our output is better.
UX Designer Using Freehand
What do you like best about the product?
lots of whiteboarding capabilities (charts, mockups, comparisons) and anyone can use it at my company for remote brainstorming and I like how it stays forever documented
What do you dislike about the product?
takes a little bit of time to get folks to onboard and understand the tool when new people join and sometimes it takes some effort to get on an Invision freehand to share work when a conversation sparks something visual
still a little bit challenging to use to visually think vs what I love about a real whiteboard

Auditing various products per customer in a grid
Using low fi designs to create different directional ideas for a UX problem
collaboration and brainstorming ideas with other designers and product managers
Benefits = being on the same page visually at a low fidelity design

nice collaboration tool, but deff need more guidance for content management.
What do you like best about the product?
1. multiple note-taking, wireframe-drawing, and comment tools boost the efficiency of collaboration and communication, especially in the virtual co-working environment now.
2. really appreciate you adding the key-word searching capability. it's a game-changer for our exp. before we often had a messy huge board in the middle or by the end of the sprint. it was always hard to locate some previous notes/ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
the presentation view - i don't necessarily dislike it, but sometime in my use case, I need some reference in other areas of the canvas to view the presenter's current view. always wish to have a split-window or something when I m following the presenter's view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i can provide the visuals and ideas more quickly and accurately with the tools on freehand. building up a more holistic view of the ideas I wanna present to the team. Good ideas are hard to describe to better understood if ppl see the visuals.
I love digital collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
On invision Freehand, I like that you can resize the sticky notes. A specific competitor (Figma FigJam) doesn't allow for the resizing of sticky notes which is a big pain point for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first digital whiteboarding tool I ever used was Mural, and I was used to resizing text the way that Mural does it (a plus and minus sign button when you select the text). It took me a while to figure out how to resize text on inVision freehand (dragging the corner of the box to resize). It didn't feel intuitive to me how to resize the text. I also like that on Mural you can recolor elements like shapes, stickies, text, etc. using hex codes. There seems to be a limited color palette on inVision Freehand and this sometimes limits me (for example, if I am synthesizing research for 12 interviews I wish I could have 12 different colored stickies).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product designer, I use sticky notes to capture data from user interviews. I then use these sticky notes to create an affinity map to gather insights. I also use Freehand for discovery sessions and for leaving feedback on designs. I feel like these digital whiteboarding tools have really helped my team maintain a collaborative spirit even when working remotely.
Collaboration and communication tool for creative design.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to create hotspots using this tool, and I plan to transfer all of my ideas and drawings into InVision. It's also simple to add notes/comments to the screens I want to enhance, which helps me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I believe it is an excellent program that provides the materials required to develop a successful corporate image. It is superb program with all of the required resources. It inspires me to develop even more artistic ideas, which InVision makes so simple. It improves commercial opportunities by giving the company a more sleeker and modern look. Anything may be customized to meet your individual requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally, InVision is extremely sluggish, and integrating other applications is nearly always problematic. There are also significant file upload difficulties. The interface features a graphical user interface, which is both annoying and difficult to manage. It is also quite sluggish the most of the time. Most of the applicants have issues with the choice to include them. It is also unable to upload very huge files. It's also a little annoying because it's harder to abuse. Concerning the prototypes, I just do not like the device's meager features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now it appears like my clients sharing the logos are having a good time. I create high-tech templates to convey the merchandise's future to potential customers and stakeholders. This manner, I may escape the burden of having a finished project while starting a model in a short amount of time. With this program, we can also create a broad selection of very artistic designs. Sharing prototypes is now much more appealing to my clients. There were several benefits. InVision creates prototypes for users, managers, and other people of the company to exchange information. Furthermore, it is the sole approach for writing and final flows that our website and mobile developers employ.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is one of the finest for concept sharing. InVision has a lot of potential to create business outcomes. If you are uploading huge files, I recommend that you do so manually. InVision is unquestionably the best approach to deal in a variety of business industries. It's not as excellent as a drawing, and it's not as specialized. It is very straightforward to integrate, and the support crew is really helpful during the integration process.
Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like how collaborative Miro allows our team to be! I can use it as a critique space for our designers, but also use it to make our workflows and org charts easily editable as we go through changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were icons that we could pull from to use instead of having to upload our own. I think it would be nice to have some templates for how designers could use it as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its been a nice place to collaborate with our team members that are further away. It has also helped us work through team workflows as we have undergone a lot of changes since 2020.
Efficient collaborative visual brainstorming tool

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tool selections are bulky. It is missing layers and the ability to organize pages within a board.

Brainstorming and organizing complex ideas and data.
Great product for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate in real time with your team. I have used it mostly for Ideation, User story map and Value Proposition Canvas and loved it. I feels like I am working on an advanced white board with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used Miro for 3 months now and done some projects using it and seriously I don't have any complaints so far. It serves it's purpose effectively. There is no lagging when you are collaborating with your team. The freemium version is perfect for a small team.
