Facilitate Organization, But It Can Improve in Integration and Sharing

  • January 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which processes can be organized and visualized in Miro. It also helps me share my ideas and makes it so others can understand what I am presenting or proposing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When starting the free trial, I didn't know that the work couldn't be shared for others to comment on it, not edit it, but just comment. So it limited me a bit there, because I wasn't very familiar with the plan. Also, I don't know with which tool I can integrate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create organizational charts and process maps, improving internal and external communication. It facilitates organizing and visualizing processes, helping to share ideas and allowing others to understand my proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for designing outbound campaigns and it really helps make the bigger picture come clear. I like the quick, predictable actions and the clean design. The colors and forms are also something I appreciate. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, which is great. I even rate it a 9 because although I never give a 10, Miro is nearly perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me see the bigger picture clearly when designing outbound campaigns.

Effortless Thought Organization and Exciting Features

  • January 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can arrange my thoughts. with every passing day i am exploring new features and I am excited to do things in mind. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that I believe would make my work easier. I haven't fully explored the application yet, so it's possible that my difficulties are simply due to not having discovered all its options. For instance, I would like to fit a mind map to a specific page size, such as A4 or A3, but I haven't found a way to do this. As a result, I end up enlarging the exported file or diagram, which then becomes blurry even when set to high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can literally put out plethora of documents in a single diagram. Makes my life easy as an auditor.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro's interface incredibly easy to use with its drag-and-drop functionality. Creating process flow diagrams and SOPs feels like a buttery smooth experience compared to the boring activity of using other tools like MS Word. The diagrams look great and are very informative. Also, the initial setup was very easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that when using AI, it should properly understand the requirement and give a detailed diagram, which is missing currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find using Miro for creating process flow diagrams is a buttery smooth experience compared to the boring activity of formatting in other tools like MS Word.

Intuitive and Easy to Use—A Great Tool to Express Concepts to Clients

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro easy to use and intuitive. It makes playing with ideas easy in interior design projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least good part about Miro is have to leave the main platform page to make simple edits, like "flip horizontal." Also, there are many free background removing sites that do a great job. Having that free feature baked in would be a huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is making it easier to combine ideas and information from different platforms synergistically. It helps show the whole idea to a client.

Effortless Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is pretty easy to use and makes it simple to move things around, which I really appreciate for its ease of use. The initial setup was also really easy; all it took was giving everyone an email and inviting them to the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the overlay was a little easier. Also, when you hit the back button, I'd like it to go back to the previous board or the previous thing you put on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of collaboration for my team by allowing us to put all our ideas on one board, preventing miscommunication or misunderstanding.

Versatility and Real-Time Collaboration

  • January 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility and the possibility of working in real-time with several people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, sometimes, at the beginning it can be slow to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I work on diagrams with my colleagues, using other platforms made us lose a lot of time due to the number of sheets we had to handle.
