What do you like best about the product?
Miro is perfect because it is the ideal virtual space where I can brainstorm ideas. Here, the collaboration is so easy, and users can communicate what they think.
Its price is affordable, so officers can pay it.

Miro is a little glitchy at times and may require a restart or two to get back up and running smoothly. It needs some updates focused on its optimization and bug fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as my principal way to brainstorm ideas at the office. It is my whiteboard when I put all information about every project on my charge.

The learning curve is a little complex. There are a lot of interesting functions, but I would have appreciated some tutorials. The platform may be overwhelming.

I use Miro as an online whiteboard that can be used for the rest of the team. We put on it all the ideas, organize them and select which will be the chosen one.

It's a little complex to find the data you are looking for if you are not familiar with the interface. There are so many elements that you get distracted with ease.

Miro is perfect for my job because it helps me quickly brainstorm, plan and manage projects. I have many functions I love to use because they efficiently communicate ideas and analize them.
The UX and UI interface is beautiful and easy to understand. Its interface is intuitive, so I can organize my thoughts and tasks to make better choices.

Miro's price is its main disadvantage: it needs too much per month per user. It would be nice if there were plans for various users, so it could be a more affordable management tool. I think the smallest companies can't purchase the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as my primary project management tool because of its interface. With Miro, I create project plans visually, which is helpful in real-time team collaboration. I can graphically make ideas and share them with others in a few clicks. Our communication is better now because, sometimes, the big picture tell us more than words.
I even make presentations with Miro when I need to explain flowcharts and other visuals.

Miro doesn't have a good native mobile app, so I need to access the tool via the web. I need it is imprescindible to improve the user experience.

I use Miro as a virtual office because I'm on a remote work mode. At this office, we use the software for project planning and mind mapping.
We use it for remote team meetings and virtual whiteboarding but our meetings have been reduced. And our efficence is better than ever!

I slightly dislike that it barely support online meetings until it get connected with Zoom or GTM.

So far, nothing. Maybe some more comprehensive choice of visual elements would great. Nothing specific in my mind at the moment, but there might be considerable potential in driving Miro forward by that.
