It let's strategy, UI, UX, copy and deisgn interact in one place. It solves the sizing issue of getting everything on a page for review, whether it is text, boxes or wokrshops.

Love Miro for bringing people together
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome for when your team is distributed but you need to collaborate... either in a meeting or just throughout a work effort. I use it to capture my thoughts, or to create diagrams... like a service map, or a strategy, or journey map.
People being able to see the work coming together really helps to bond the team together and create buy-in/consensus.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface in the website can be a bit clunky with using the mouse compared to the desktop app... but once I've used the web version for a few minutes I'm all good with it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating a service management framework for a large service in a large government agency. Miro helps me visualise the concepts for people to better understand and contribute their understanding. Recently I used it for a test run of a process and mapped out the process as people walked through it. It was fantastic to see where the understanding differed from the process we had created.
