What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, A lot of features in free mode like adding text, images, shapes, and icons and premium is not costly as compared to the competition.
can collaborate with the team.
Wide whiteboard to work with, Frames with different sizes, and custom sizes too which is a plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version downloaded frame looks really low in the resolution you can't zoom and see clearly.
Right-click navigation feels annoying sometimes.
If you have more than one wireframe you have to hide other to save single wireframe. No option to select wireframe to download.
Hard to design on a small screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating website wireframes in adobe photoshop is hard and time-consuming and in miro, can create different wireframes on a single board. A new user can learn within a day because of the simple, neat, and clean interface. After becoming a paid user it becomes easier to create.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides an intuitive and powerful workspace which helps us to brainstorm and plan projects. Its virtual whiteboard is a great way to easily visualize ideas and keep everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a great tool, one downside of Miro is that it's not always easy to find the specific feature you're looking for. Additionally, it doesn't offer the same level of customisation as some of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve various problems, including remotely hosting meetings, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives. It also enables us to collaborate on projects from anywhere in the world, allowing us to brainstorm and create together in real time. Additionally, Miro makes it easier to manage tasks and track project progress, allowing us to stay on top of deadlines and better manage our workload.

Seamless project management solutions

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Miro facilitates productive group conversations and meetings. It allows users to track time, vote with dots and upload photos to sticky notes, making it super convenient for coordinating events or activities remotely. This application also comes pre-loaded with a variety of templates that encourage unique thought processes; helping individuals explore new areas together as a team. Furthermore, the frequent updates make me feel confident that my colleagues are always in sync - this is why I find the platform so excellent for any task that requires deep reading or critical thinking!
What do you dislike about the product?
It bothers me the fact whenever I log in to Miro there is a new alert waiting for me. It can be quite irritating and difficult to keep up with all the notifications. In addition, the lack of categorisation means that there's no real way to organise and find information on the board when it's busy - this makes finding specific material more difficult than necessary, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to find a way to express my thoughts and ideas clearly. Now, with Miro's whiteboards and other visual tools such as diagrams, I have the freedom to brainstorm freely without worrying about having it all planned - which has helped me communicate more effectively.

One solution for workshops, architectural and organisational diagrams

  • January 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Drawing out architectural concepts at different granularity levels and mapping out team structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is the only tool I use that cannot be integrated with git workflows. I get it, but I wish there were a way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from my own drawing needs I always enjoy participating in well moderated work-shops with something that is much more than just a digital copy of a physical white-board.

A very robust tool designed for collaborative work but it heavily burdens the RAM.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it has a wide variety of tools that allow you to further customize the boards and utilities for collaborative sessions such as voting, presentation mode,
What do you dislike about the product?
The team is greatly encouraged, but also the way the boards and teams are organized seems confusing to me. Not having a license limits your collaboration a lot when you are invited to a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaborative work. Having all the ideas visible in one space allows us to document our design process and make it pleasant and dynamic as well.

The best visual collaboration tool

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate and brainstorm on ideas in a virtual environment.
Flowcharts can be easily drawn and saves
Integrated with Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom feature doesn't scale the diagrams and flowchart symmetrically and the scaling needs to be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically it replaces the whiteboard where there wasnt any track on the minutes of meetings or flocharts as it was not stored after the meeting was over.
With miro every session points ,flowchart done on the miro board is stored for later use and tracking purpose

What do you like best about the product?
I really like its ability to facilitate real-time collaboration and feedback between team members. The app allows users to share their ideas and designs with others, and receive comments and feedback in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to the editing and manipulation of sketches, which can be a hindrance in some situations also this app is for mobile users and its a bit problematic for desktop users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to collaborate on visual designs and wireframes in real-time, which makes the design process much more efficient. With the ability to sketch out ideas, make annotations, and share feedback on a shared canvas, we're able to communicate and understand each other's ideas better. Plus, the ability to make revisions quickly and easily, and incorporate feedback in real-time, has streamlined our design process significantly. And the best part is that all the changes made to the designs are saved, so it's easy for us to track the design's history and progress.

The best collaboration platform in the market.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the story is it's very user-friendly to all our customers and our team, which is a great advantage. With Miro we can easily collaborate with other groups. Through brainstorming and idea generation, we discover valuable content where it matters while maintaining the confidentiality and maximum security of our client data.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. I have been using Miro for some time, and I have not come across anything that I can complain of except that the price is a little too high for small-scale businesses but compared to what's in the market, I feel it's a tool that can benefit everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us plan, organize and manage resources to complete any of our projects within a given time frame and mainly it saves us time and energy. It also helps us connect with our global clients and can be accessed from anywhere. Miro has made collaboration with my team much more accessible. We can all work on the same whiteboard in real time, which has made it much easier for us to share ideas, provide feedback, organize and work toward our targets.
