The best tool for visual thinking, planning and collaboration, bar none
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Miro almost since its launch and nothing comes even close for what it does. It's easy to dive into (I can get new users up to speed in a few minutes, and did in a recent fast-paced requirements gathering workshop) , allows every to collaborate in the easiest way possible, and makes it genuinely fun to throw out ideas, build structures and plan. The final results can be pulled straight off into a presentation. Couldn't do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licenses can be confusing, particularly understanding how users on a board with different licenses can interact and what the limitations are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote training and collaboration with staff of different levels of technical expertise, putting together plans and designs under tight time constraints.
Miro changed the way I work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows our teams to work both synchronously and asynchronously all in one place. We use it every day and it was easy to learn to use. It works well for discussion guides, transcript notes, synthesis and analysis, presentations and reports. It allows large figurative diagrams to be created such as journey maps and service blueprints
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I am aware you need to be online in order to access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all the information in one place and allowing us to group and connect themes
The Best Visual Collaboration Tool for Working With Teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a project and product manager, Miro has helped me collaborate, make decisions, plan, execute, and report products and projects. It's an excellent source with communal templates to support a team's way of working in the environment!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overwhelming functionality + lagging: With many features and tools, I've had several stakeholders find and experience Miro's interface confusing, leading to a steep learning curve for newcomers and slow performance with over a certain amount of users within a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an inclusive visual workspace for me to post up all the resources I need to work and mind dump. Practicing this with new and evolving projects, it helps me see the gaps of what our teams will need to fulfill and make informed decisions and arguments for project support and needs.
Awesome for sticky note workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Web and fast. Apps for tablet and desktop that sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I don't think there is anything that I dislike currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and scheduling for an engineering project.
Perfect Tool For Project Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
An endless whiteboard space to effortlessly capture all of our team's thoughts and inspiration. I use it weekly for project collaboration and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve, but the instructional videos are very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many team members are visual learners. Miro provides an avenue for the team to turn their vocal explanation into a visual representation.
Miro is great for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro.com is an amazing online tool for collaboration, which allows users to work together seamlessly, irrespective of their location. It provides a virtual whiteboard, which can be used to perform numerous functions, including brainstorming, wireframing, and designing workflows. Miro.com also has strong collaboration features that enable different users to work simultaneously on the same project, in real-time.
Overall, Miro.com is a highly recommended tool for teams who want to work efficiently and effectively, and Ondrej Papanek's templates add even more value by providing pre-designed visual tools to get work started quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is slow when a lot of users are participating in the same templates. It gets better. Miro already improved last month. This issues is almost not existing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves collaboration in colocated teams. Bring all people together to find a solution to a problem. An excellent tool for designing mock-ups and getting feedback fast. Everyone is included and has a good time.
A top-notch collaborating and planning space
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent space for collaborating with others. With a wide range of capabilities, finding something that compares and offers so much capability is hard.
Miro has a strong community where many upload templates of 'boards' that they have created/used. A lot of these are great and can aid your meetings/collaboration spaces.
Miro enables my team to have more asynchronous conversations and meetings and offers asynchronous design spaces.
We use a multitude of different boards for topics, ranging from planning spaces, Retros, shared note-taking, and software design spaces. It is integral to our everyday work.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of templates in the 'Miroverse' that can be hard to sift through - it can take time to find good templates that are useful for your situation.
Board admin can be hard on larger boards, especially as the admin capabilities are limited for specific boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynchronous/remote collaboration is the name of the game. Software teams are highly collaborative, which can be hard to get right when working remotely.
Miro enables our team to work together across the country without needing to be in the same space. This means we can plan/discover/design as frequently as we want, rather than needing to wait until we are all together.

Miro has been the missing link in virtual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with people virtually. I use Miro for workshops, agile ceremonies, visualisation and a space to think alone.
There are many pre-built applications and templates and the miro-verse is a treasure trove of insipration.
I use Miro every day!

What do you dislike about the product?
The table function needs improving - it is very basic. Miro users would also benefit from being able to store data in databases with the ability to link across databases - this would make it the ultimate tool for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is intuative for people to start using on day one - this makes it a great collaboration tool. It has good functionality making it quick and easy to create all sorts of design related artefacts. You can also export individual objects, frames and even pages as a PDF for easy sharing outside of the tool.
I'm a huge Miro Advocate and I love the development it's taken
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and ability to add my messy thoughts to an area to organise them quickly and effectively. It's easy to fire over a Miro link to members of the business to showcase business information in that rough draft view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current password function isn't great. As the creator of a board, I should be able to view the password I set for the board a couple of months later. I'm likely not using the same password for every board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's helping me manage my team with onboarding and planning their workload. I'm able to centralise all of the links to important areas as projects grow and I'm able to host an onboarding area for introducing new members to the team. I'm able to strategise my team's workflow and dictate what they work on next whilst planning how long a task is likely to take them and how it might affect the product roadmap. I've also been able to use AI to run quick research analyses to gain quick insights to iterate or validate designs effectively. This has rapidly moved a project starting point without relying on a full detailed analysis. Whilst the sentiment analysis isn't 100% correct, it speeds up the process and I only need to adjust about 30% of the stickies.
Miro is the best collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is always reinventing itself and bringing new functionalities. They truly listen to the customer feedback and improve every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hear some people complaining about zooming in and out
