Miro is a great, easy to learn, collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to pick up as well as how all changes or edits are in real time when colloboratinig with others. Its great that I can see what others are working on in real time and allows us to make quick changes. It was very easy to implement as well and its a tool I use daily. It also integrates with other apps well such as notion or clickup
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the shapes would be more robust or allow imports of shapes from other sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us to have clean organized process maps, documentation, and wireframes. It has a wide variety of uses that can be used by many different departments

What do you like best about the product?
I like that miro is easy to use, has many templates from the community, is quite friendly for touch screen users, and is pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way you organize the work teams, sometimes I want to have a personal space to draw but I have to create a team.
sometimes it is very oversaturating the amount of information that there is. i also don't like that the UML tools are paid.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me a lot in project planning. It has helped me brainstorm and organize ideas. I have even made presentations with Miro
I can't imagine working without Miro
What do you like best about the product?
It's so flexible with templates that help me to describe work flows using flow diagrams or work flows, I can use it for SWOT analysis, and in the Scrum retrospectives ceremonies among many other templates.
Using the SSO of the company I don't have to worry about privacy issues, the information is safely stored.

What do you dislike about the product?
Why I didn't have it 10 years ago? my life would have been so much easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize a full SAFe TRAIN, and also my Scrum Team so we know we are heading and address the issues that we are facing.

the fact that it allows real-time collaboration and the tool within it available for it.

maybe we need some kind of gestures or keyboard shortcuts to move around the board instead of going to the side panels, it is "uninspiring" to call it somehow.

Organization of the creative process. Miro makes it possible to organize ideas easily, keeping the entire creative process within easy reach.

Miro allows for awesome visual flow documents to be created and updated in real time amongst multiple users

There has been no issue with Miro to date

What do you like best about the product?
We used Miro for a project management course for 16 people at the time. It was extremely easy to have an overview of each day and each module. Every team had their own discussion space where they could draw mind maps or add post its to express their opinions.

Sometimes it got a bit slow since it had to load the content for the full course.

The perfect workhorse for collaborative remote working
What do you like best about the product?
Creative freedom and ability to scale the use scenarios, from individual brainstorming and idea dumping, to huge collaborative online/in person workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only minor, and not a huge thing, but confusion with filing/storing and finding files across teams. Probably user error on that one though.

It's a perfect tool to draw workflows and diagrams during the team online meetings.

A game changer for efficiency and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities with Miro are endless. I use Miro from a wide variety of perspectives - planning, strategising, designing, reviewing and of course collaborating.
I can design my own template, or I can dive into the "Miroverse" (a library of templates from others ranging from agile practices, to workflows and more) to allow me to get things done.
I don't even have to worry about saving anything - it does it all automatically, which is so helpful when I'm in the platform 90% of my day!

I truly don't have anything that I dislike about Miro, other than big boards can be slightly glitchy on mobile!

Miro is helping me with collaboration and documentation in a hybrid, agile workspace.
I no longer have UX'ers working on Sketch and having to share their screens to get my feedback - but instead they bring this into Miro so I can add comments, mark things up and more. This makes everything a whole lot more efficient.
On top of this, I can quickly and simply plan out my work for the quarters and even link things with Jira, so I can share this quickly with leadership.
