What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro allows me to work with my team in real-time for brainstorming, adding ideas, and sorting them. It's super simple to use, and I never really had to sit down and work out how to use it—it's intuitive. I find the flow diagram features along with sticky notes and dots on blank boards valuable for my needs.

Visual and Intuitive Tool for Content Management

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to organize the Instagram posting flow for the institution where I work. Miro helps to easily visualize the entire organization and posting schedule, as well as allowing easy changes if necessary. I like the visual nature and the accessible and intuitive tools, such as the colorful shapes and text adjustments. I also appreciate the pre-defined layouts that speed up the process. The calendars, for example, help me separate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks so that my team and I have easy access whenever necessary. When I started, I had no difficulties in learning the tools and adapting to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font size adjustments can sometimes be troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Miro is the collaboration that you can get from a team, using the templates that allow you to give clarity ideas of a project scope. In my area we use Miro to make all the flowcharts for the company in a colaborative way, when we finished it can be exported as high quality PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to have more schedule features that allow me to interact with a project plan and task form my team coworkers. And the Microsoft Teams interaction could me easier and more interactive for the user, because each user has to perform a lot of steps to connect Miro with Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro help us to diagram all the flowchart and make clear scope plans

Effortless Project Planning with Limitless Creativity

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is so easy to use. It helps me visualize things that would be difficult to do digitally on platforms like Word or PowerPoint. I appreciate the limitless space, it means I can keep adding new elements and expand brainstorms and plans without running out of space like I would on a slide. It's super easy to set up, making it convenient to save, edit, and share work with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a greater range of templates. They all seem to be focused around project planning but I use Miro to help me sketch out and design economic models, and sometimes there aren't the right templates for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualize things that are hard to do digitally with Word or PowerPoint, replacing paper or a whiteboard. I can save, edit, and share easily, and the limitless space lets me keep expanding ideas and plans without running out of room.
