The Ultimate Digital Workspace for Seamless Remote Collaboration and Visual Brainstorming.

  • February 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface and infinite canvas are game-changers. I love how easily teams can collaborate in real-time, using sticky notes and diagrams to brainstorm as if we were all in the same physical room together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag significantly when a board becomes overly cluttered with high-resolution images or complex objects. Additionally, the sheer number of features can be overwhelming for new users, requiring a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro bridges the gap in remote communication by visualizing abstract ideas. It solves the problem of fragmented information, allowing us to map out complex workflows in one place, which ensures everyone stays aligned and boosts overall productivity.

Interactive Visual Collaboration Made Easy

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables users to visualize ideas for a discussion and for their audience to interact with it rather than simply being presented to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro boards can become very large and unweildy, needing user to zoom in and out and drag to reach certain places , making it difficult for those that are less tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helps me solve the problem of ensuring a collaborative environment where all parties can be heard, as well as allowing easier communication through visuals when discussing topics such current state processes, data mapping, and cost benefit analysis.

Facilitate the Visualization of Complex Processes

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Miro, as drawing, graphing, and diagramming become relatively simple, allowing me to replace the use of physical boards or manual writing. Additionally, it is an excellent tool for sharing ideas clearly and organizing data flows and table relationships. Miro allows me to create visual diagrams before transferring the processes to Python code, making my work much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve the layer part. When I work on large projects, I end up having a lot of layers belonging to different products. It would be good to have a large master layer that accumulates the sub-layers of each process to explain and see everything in an easier graphical way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to share ideas clearly, create maps of long processes, organize data flows and table relationships, and share with my bosses using colorful boards. It also facilitates drawing, graphing, and diagramming, replacing manual writing and improving efficiency.

Smooth, User-Friendly Ideation Tool

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Miro is and, most of all, how smooth it runs. I've used similar apps in the past that always get very glitchy and laggy when you have a lot of text on them. But Miro is always very smooth and keeps things very clean. I just love how smooth it is and I'm definitely gonna recommend Miro to future colleagues and friends who are looking for an easy way to organize their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should work on their ability to save things as a PDF in a smarter way. Saving things as a PDF now, it’s very hard for anyone to kind of decode what's on the PDF. So since Miro utilizes AI, like, why not have a way for it to organize your ideas or save things as a PDF in a way that's easier for people who prefer things to be in a more robust format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps organize ideas from different sources easily, overcoming the challenge of linear formats by enabling connections horizontally. I can move text boxes easily while keeping the links between ideas, making it simple to visualize different connections.

A Versatile, Easy-to-Use Tool with Some Limitations

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sticky notes in Miro; they are very true to reality. The tagging system on the sticky notes helps me quickly organize a lot of information. I also appreciate all of the templates, the ability to paste links, and multimedia content, as well as the wireframing templates that exist in Miro. Miro has replaced all other multimedia content collection and mood boarding platforms I might use; it's the best option. It's the best option for sharing wireframes with a large group that doesn't know how to use something like Figma. Miro is like pen and paper systems, supercharged.
What do you dislike about the product?
The personal plans or free plans are very limited. I would love it if there were easier ways to incorporate people from outside of my organization into our organization's boards, maybe as a guest, without adding them to our permanent team. The team system can be kind of hard to navigate for people who don't have a Miro account and can cost a lot if we click the wrong thing. I am not a huge fan of the AI systems on Miro. I haven't found that they work for me, and it is not very stimulating to the creativity that I find in using templates made by people or creating a template from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a paperless way for organizing and changing ideas, making it super easy to share with coworkers. It's replaced other platforms for multimedia and mood boards, allowing smooth wireframe sharing with groups not familiar with complex tools.

Easy to Navigate with Features I Love

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to navigate, and I like the features the program has.
What do you dislike about the product?
performance lag on large, complex boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem we connect with the Miro team about was connecting different boards/presentations to make a seamless slide deck. This would help as multiple teams use different boards due to the complexity/organization to create 1 finalized presentation. This way we would not have to create another board or export the final products from the teams to generate 1 presentation.

Intuitive Tool That Enhances Meeting Productivity

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro very intuitive, which means I don't need to do much onboarding for first timers, and it has a very nice aesthetic. As a product manager, I use it mainly during meetings to collect people's thoughts in a structured way. I like using Miro because it looks good and works well for my needs. Last week, I was going to use Padlet for collecting participants' thoughts during a meeting but found it not very helpful both aesthetically and practically, so I just used Miro again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro kept asking me to log in every single time, and it was very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro during meetings to collect people's thoughts in a structured way. It's very intuitive, requires little onboarding for new users, and has a nice aesthetic.
