Visualization and Collaboration in Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to take screenshots and create user flow and user journey in Miro. The ability to share the screen and collaborate with other users is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scales. I have some kind of board from which it is made, and every time I create a new element, I need to stretch and adapt it to the scale. That is, the grid is set up incorrectly, either it's on one board or it's like this everywhere.

Centralizes Team Communication Smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to keep track of print designs between the art department team, concept team, and design team. It eliminates the need to get up and talk to someone in person, removes middleman work, and helps keep everyone aligned and on the same page. I like the comment box where we can chat about specific details, and how I receive an email whenever someone comments. It helps me stay on top of questions or comments without having to constantly check the app. I also like that it houses all information in one place and keeps it secure. The initial setup was pretty easy to get the hang of, and I've been able to catch on fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
