Essential Tool for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for facilitating retrospectives and systems design with my team. It helps foster collaboration and visualize complex system designs effectively. I like its flexibility and the sheer amount of whiteboarding types I can use, along with the templates. Being mostly remote, it provides a great alternative to in-person whiteboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sizing can be tricky, features can be overwhelming at first, and sometimes it's difficult to quickly revise visuals in bulk. Better first-time onboarding.

Effortless Collaboration, Game-Changing Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro is to use, which is incredibly helpful when I need to invite people who aren't very tech-savvy to plan content or similar tasks. The ease of use makes everyone feel free to creatively use its features. I also like that many people can use it at the same time, which helps build a lot of creative interactions within my team. The ease of initial setup was pretty straightforward. I find these aspects valuable, and they were a big reason for switching from whiteboards and Figma to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro would give more freedom to shapes and elements. It'd be great to have more options for elements like shapes and make the text easily adapt to the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for framework implementations, OKRs planning, and content pre-planning. It's easy to use, supports simultaneous collaboration, and fosters creative interactions, helping tech-unsavvy team members participate freely.

Flexible Collaboration, Needs More Prototyping Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for collaborating with teammates like designers, developers, project managers, and project owners. I use it for sketching out early wireframes and user journeys, and for tackling complex problems in a free-form workspace. The platform gives me a flexible workplace that allows for brainstorming and organizing tasks, which some other platforms don't provide. I appreciate the flow diagrams feature, which allows me to attach different items with arrows easily, and I use the wireframe tool a lot. Having a lot of flexibility with creating, organizing, and managing text is something I enjoy in Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the wireframe and prototyping library was a bit more flexible. Would be pretty useful. Also, I don't have Miro correctly integrated with Figma, so it's not working as seamlessly as I'd like.

I like how it allows everybody to collaborate on the same board, which really helps in creating efficiencies during the planning and brainstorming processes by sharing ideas. I also appreciate the ease of use. It's great for visually presenting ideas since most people are visual learners. The initial setup was very easy as my company had an enterprise license, and I was added to it without any hassle.
