Excellent Collaboration Tool

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for a multitude of purposes including remote whiteboarding sessions, wireframing, mind mapping, and facilitating large group workshops and exercises. It's easy enough to set up and train teams to use and has become a regular and integral part of our tech stack and is used by many different functional roles within our shop. Plus the library of existing templates and user-led training and support available in the platform are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is expensive and user management can be challenging between registered and guest users. It's easy to see who has permission to individual boards. Still, there's not a lot of transparency in which particular users are in which user groups so that can be confusing for some team members who want to limit access to a board. It is also a bandwidth hog, so know that depending on your connection speed, you may experience slower load times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives us a way to quickly pull together teams to solution around various business challenges both in-person and virtually while streamlining the time it takes to develop artifacts.

What do you like best about the product?
It replaced me paper and pen sketching ideas, I can easily use blobs and arrows and share them with colleagues. It perfect tool for documentation of complex systems. Much better, than classical text editor.
I like feature to share miro board within google meet to be able to work with team on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keyboard control is not perfect sometimes. Most of actions I have to do with mouse, like deleting an object. It slows down a bit, but not critical - is solves its funciton pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
thinking on the go, vizualising complex concepts

What do you like best about the product?
It is a huge canvas that i personally use as infinite space for my current thoughts and scetches. I use it as a quick and dirty solution for documantation during mechanical developing processes. You can draw, write, post pictures, make doodles inside those pictures. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really love a function that allows to post videos inside a miro board. Basically it should be like the photo posting, just with videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an infinite notebook, which works inside a browser makes it very accessable not only for me but also for others. In the past people would take notes with pen and paper. Now i use Miro with all of its visualisation tools.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing about Miro is how easy it is to take notes and organize flows. The editable template options help a lot when building journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no criticism. Miro meets my needs perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing about Miro is the possibility of building an ecosystem of information on a topic. When I'm developing the journey of a new product, everything is on the board: notes, comments, prototypes, documents, roadmaps. The ease of creating and organizing elements helps a lot to maintain your train of thought and organize your ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing about Miro is that it is very easy to use. Before starting to work with Miro, I had no experience with similar tools but Miro's interface was user-friendly and learning was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I have is that when I use the free version I have a limit of editable boards, when I need to edit a new board, I lose access to a previous one, that's ok, but I think a good improvement would be to give the option to choose which one board I will lose access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent tool for building flows and organizing ideas. As a product manager, it is an essential tool for designing mind maps, group dynamics with the team, discovery notes and creating journeys. It's also great for collaborative work. The available elements and templates also help a lot in creating flows.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides functions for all cases, you just have to decide for yourself how to use them. What's more, all participants can work on projects and plans at the same time and see the changes in real time. I use Miro for all our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would sometimes like to deform Post-Its. That's all actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us plan vacations, create plans for our advertising campaigns and everything related to content.

Incredibly flexible and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Miro transformed how I work like only a few software did. Miro could bring the same easiness, and hands-on feel of a whiteboard to the cloud, making remote brainstorming fun, as well as organizing ideas into a mind map or even just dumping ideas into the void.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning elements is a bit annoying, especially when you have a lot of stuff going on. It requires a lot of fine-tuning and attention to align it with the right thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning user engagement actions, mapping customer touchpoints, and collaborating while brainstorming.

It is quick and easy to share
