The best digital white-boarding tool there is
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily, which speaks to its huge value!
I use it for work with my clients, workshops, and my own initiatives. It's the best tool for facilitating both synchronous and asynchronous work. I use it daily to visualize product strategy, discovery, and delivery work. It helps me analyze information and easily share it with my team and clients. I conduct entire online workshops on Miro from start to finish.
I've tested other digital whiteboards, but in the end, I stuck with Miro.

In the past voting functionality wasn't as easy as in other tools, so I started using red circles for voting exercises.

Miro board integration with JIRA is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, I transitioned to writing product requirements directly in Miro as cards when working on UI/UX specifications. Once the requirements are finalized, we create the JIRA tickets directly from Miro. This approach ensures that no stories or requirements are overlooked, and it allows us to visually track the progress of the tickets within Miro, thanks to its two-way syncing with JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
When re-syncing screens from Figma into Miro using the Miro sync extension, the screen designs revert to their original size. Consequently, if updates are made by the design team, Miro automatically resizes the already loaded screens, requiring me to manually readjust the sizing each time a re-sync occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes communicating product requirements to stakeholders more clear and easier to navigate.
Unmatched virtual collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a game changer since transitioning to a hybrid work environment. My job focuses on collaboration through sketching and iteration, and Miro makes it so easy for multiple people to share thoughts in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I experience is that boards get very heavy very quickly and become difficult to use - it's hard to tell when you are nearing the limit and need to start a fresh board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a creative field - we took a hard culture hit when so many of us began working from home. Miro brings back an aspect of that culture where we can sketch together and feel like we are in the same room, even if we aren't in the same time zone.
Miro - A wonderful collaborative tool

Native apps are not optimised yet and is laggy when opening big boards with plenty of content.

One of the standout features of Miro is its seamless integration with tools like Azure DevOps. This integration allows us to streamline our workflow, as we can conduct meetings, review diagrams, and manage projects all in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my team and I can come to together and visually plan out ideas. We heavily use Miro on a daily basis and it's ease of use makes it super fun to create stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is having to train someone on Miro. There's alot to learn and so many great tools it could be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very art driven and so being able to plan stuff visually is very important. Also since we work amongst several different teams it's great that everyone can collaborate on boards. This is making communication go so much smoother.
Very intuitive and easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes few textSometimes some text editing options aren't available. Also a bit annoying is the overlapping issue and sometimes things aren't grouped automatically and when you drag they disintegrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Would recommend to anyone -especially those working remote
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be extremely helpful in critiquing and discussing work, our team has implemented it into our regular way of working and I wouldn't change it. I love how collabortive it is - I love that you can write notes or draw changes over work. I also love the video chat feature and the guided option where you can lead others through work. I use it literally every day and I find it so much easier than just sharing my screen over skype or teams. All of the tools are well integrated into the platform and pretty easy to use. I'd aboslutely give it 5 stars.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything that I've run into that I haven't liked. I haven't had to use customer service at all - which i think is a good sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in branding and design and it's obviously very visual, in the past we would just share our screen and the team would have to talk over feedback which left room for errors and misunderstandings. Miro helps visualize the feedback and is a place that I can refer back to as often as I need to refresh myself on feedback and changes.
