Top Tier Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaborating virtually with others as close as possible to being in person. It provides all the tools and capabilities to make working together super easier whether it's for a workshop or more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes certain functions can be buggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting virtual workshops with clients. Helps us save money by doing it virtually and can be just as effective if done appropriately.
Versatile collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has been using Miro past the past year for retros, feature planning, group decision making, collaborative design sessions... We have found that the tool is pretty easy to use with little necessary onboarding. It is a great collaboration tool as we can all have visibility on the boards and see the edits live during our team working sessions. It is pretty easy to set up and share with other collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the product but I think that I am not fully aware of all the features it offers. It would be great if Miro could introduce features that the user is not aware of. Maybe a gamified onboarding checklist that ensure that the user has explored all the features that Miro offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Easy interface to collaborate live with a remote team
- Easy for presenter to guide the audience to the topics currently discusses
- Easy to take notes
- Easy for everyone to edit document

Strong visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a more modern version of products such as Visio. It is a smooth experience in Browsers, and is indistinguishable from a local application. Very good UX.
I use this whenever there is a need for a process flow, a few times a week. The ability to embed files is appreciated so it can be a one-stop for users viewing a flow + supporting data.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way the "teams" are set up is frustrating. It may be the client side configuration causing the issue, but creating new teams should be easier to do.
I wish application was stronger at creatng light mock-ups of UI's, similar to what Figma can do. Figma is highly complex, so adding easy to user features for mock-ups in Miro would be great.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use UI for basic process workflows is my primary use case. Historically used Visio, but it was cost prohibitive and additionally offboarded the local application (ie switched to online only). Online version leaves some to be desired
Does what I need for collaborating with my team and keeping track of my to do list!
What do you like best about the product?
The many templates that are available. They are nicely laid out and easily customizable. I can take what I'm roughly looking for and tweak it until it filts what I actually want.
It works great for collaboration since everyone can see what's being added in realtime. Having the ability to see who added what post it during retro meetings speeds up sorting and makes our meetings more efficient.
SSO integration is also very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything so far.
Maybe the lack of a color palate to select post it colors as an advanced setting? I'm grasping at straws with this topic....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of presenting ideas and consolidating discussion topics.
I'm not stuck going into menus all the time to find "that feature". The tools imediately available on screen are basic and simple, and the more complex tools are easily accessible.

A great way to visualize projects and tasks and an awesome collaborative tool for brain storming
What do you like best about the product?
its one of the only project management tools geared towards visual learners that allows for creativity and asynchronous work. there are features to ensure all details are tied back to cards and its fairly easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
when scrolling it is easy to accidentally right click on an item and drag or move that item when you are only trying to zoom in or out. Also sometimes, the links to a miro board will drop you in the middle and youll have to do some searching to find the board you are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps our team work collaboratively on tasks and is beneficial to me because I am able to outline all details in one space and then pull in imagery or roadmaps to add additional context
Easy to use adaptive tool that makes it easy to collaborate and share with others
What do you like best about the product?
I've used many other whiteboard tools and one simple functionality is what makes it my go to every time-- how easy it is to share with others. So many other tools that offer similar functionality lock down sharing types, making it either needlessly complicated or expensive to share. Miro makes it incredibly easy. Additionally, miro balances very well having advanced functionality while still having a very user friendly interface. So whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro with tools like this, there's functionality for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is the challenge of working offline. If you are often stranded without an internet connection, I would not recommend using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an entirely remote employee, miro has been a great tool to use and collaborate in 1-1s and team meetings just like I would a whiteboard in a conference room. I also use miro to brainstorm my own ideas. I work primairly in the project/program management space, so I often use it for mind mapping and creating flow charts. Miro's robust template bank and community makes all of these tasks easy to do.
A Necessity for Collaboration for Hybrid Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been essential for my team to collaborate and project manage. It makes it easy for us to brainstorm while connecting on video calls rather than in-person. At first, there is a learning curve to use, but after you get the hang of it, it is easy to use. It is also great for process mapping. Also appreciate that we don't have to manually save progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be more user-friendly, such as copy-and-pasting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping our team be completely aligned with process and strategy.
Best for virtual facilitation but difficult for knowledge management.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy tools to get involved with team work. The online instructions on how to use the various functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowlege management of the various miro boards. Its not possible to share links to miro projects. Hard to find pre-existing miro boards as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and effective ways to ideate, share ideas, capture thoughts and creatively engage with brainstorming.
A easy tool to help you organize projects and creative campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful things is to arrange brainstorming sessions for your team and organize your creative thoughts. I use is mainly for retrost or sessions where we are in the beginner-stage of a projects and need a place to dump all ideas in order to get the organized.
